Something's Off

YN's POV:

     I woke up to knocking at the door, groaning and throwing a pillow towards somewhere, hearing it hit someone because they released a groan as well. "Someone open the door." I heard Crow complain which started a whole chain of 'Why don't you?' With all of us before I finally gave in and got up from my spot to open the door. When I opened it, I was met by a very happy Group B. Seeing Jaden, Jessie, Syrus, and Luna skip into the room while Akiza and Carly walked in like normal people but they still had bright smiles on their faces.

     What the hell is wrong with these people? It's like seven in the morning and they're smiling? Even Jaden is smiling... The hell did they do to him?!

     Shaking off the thoughts, I closed the door and turned to see Carly jump at Jack, Luna jumped onto Leo, Jessie jumped on Chazz, Syrus jumped on Aster, and Jaden jumped on Yusei which earned groans from all of the guys that were being smashed. I chuckled and stood next to Akiza, looking down at her and giving her a smile, "Morning Rose." I said as she looked at me and gave me a small smile, "Morning Y/NN." She said as she leaned up and kissed my cheek, causing my face to heat up as I blinked a few times to process what she just did.

     This is nice... I really kinda like.

     When I snapped out of my thoughts and I saw all the guys finally getting up and began putting away all of the blankets that we used last night, "Y/NN! You should start getting ready or else we're gonna be late to class. Again." I heard Jaden call out as he, Aster, and Syrus started making breakfast while everyone else kept cleaning up. I chuckled and agreed with the brown haired boy so I left towards my room to take a quick shower, grabbing everything I needed and went to my bathroom before hopping into the shower.

     When I finished, I changed in a pair of white jeans, a black shirt, and slid on my Slifer Red jacket which soon followed by my Duel Disk, my black fingerless gloves, my Dueling Belt, and my black Converses. After, I slid my wallet, phone, and keys into my pockets before heading over to the bathroom to brush my teeth, put on deodorant, and cologne.

     After double checking I had everything, I went to the living room to see that everyone was ready to head out, everyone being dressed in their dorm colors. I smiled and walked over to where Luna was holding out a plate towards me, taking it and patting her head before looking at my plate to see Aster, Jay, and Sy made breakfast burritos. My favorite, if I'm being honest.

     I set my plate on the table before picking up my burrito and taking a bite out if it as I pulled out my phone, looking down at the time and almost choking on my food which made Jesse quickly pat my back to help me breath. "We gotta go now or else we're gonna get yelled at by Crowler again." I said, seeing fear come over Jaden's, Jesse's, Aster's, Chazz's, and Syrus's faces as we all ran out of my room while Team 5D's chased after us, hearing Carly say she locked the door as she ran by me and towards her class along with Luna and Jack.

     Today is gonna be eventful already.

     I was on my way to my Turbo Dueling class when I heard my name being called through the outtercoms of the school, telling me to go to the Dueling Arena. Shrugging off the weird feeling that I had suddenly gotten and changed my direction to walk towards the Dueling Arena, heading inside to see there was a small crowd but in the center stood Jaden with some tall guy with dark blue hair and gray eyes wearing an Obelisk Blue uniform. I walked over to the two boys but kept looking around the arena.

     Something really felt off.

     "Hey Jay, what's going on?" I asked, catching both boys attention, "Huh? Oh hey Y/NN, I have no clue actually. I got called here just when I was heading to the Turbo Track." He said as I nodded, looking around the place again, spotting our friends close to the railing in the stands. "I'll be back." I told Jaden as I jogged over to my friends and jumped up, grabbing onto the railing as I pulled myself up so that I was able to look at my friends, "Guys, does anything feel a little... Off to you guys?" I asked them once I was able to pull myself onto the other side of the railing and sat on it, looking around again.
