Y/N's POV:

     After a few more duels, there were only six duelist left in this small tournament. It was Jaden, Aster, Zane, the mysterious kid, a Ra Yellow kid, and me. I was going against the Ra Yellow kid, Jaden was up against Zane, and Aster was up against the Mysterious kid.

     Jaden had ended his duel in a draw and I won by a landslide so whoever wins between Aster and the mystery kid, they're up against me.

     Jaden, Zane, and I were with the others watching Aster duel but during the duel, I noticed something seemed off every time a monster attacked and the person lost Life points. It looked like it was genuinely hurting them well, more Aster than the mystery kid. Some of the kids had grown bored of the duels and left so the arena was almost close to empty by the time it came to this duel, only my group stayed behind to finish watching.

     "Y/N." I heard next to me, turning to my left to see it was Green Eyes while Black Eyes was on his right right, "What's wrong?" I asked through our mind link as I focused on my dragons more than anything. When they show up in spirit form, it means that they feel something is wrong which proves my suspension.

     Something is wrong.

     "I feel a great darkness within the boy that Aster is dueling. Aster must leave the duel now or else he is in great danger, as well as you and the others." Black Eyes said as he looked from the duel towards me, "What's coming?" I asked as I looked between my dragons, "The return of the Shadow Games, which is what Aster is in right now, hence why he is in so much pain. His life is on the line, Y/N." Green Eyes spoke as my eyes widen.

     "The Shadow Games?! I thought my both my dads, Uncles, and Aunts locked away Zorc and destroyed any possibility of the Shadow Games ever returning!" I said, as I watched my dragons shake their heads, "They did but that boy as well as the one you dueled, Zack, they somehow managed to unlock a little amount of the games. Soon, that small amount will eventually grow the more they use it. As you may have noticed, Zack used a similar card that your Uncle Malik used against your Uncle Joey." Black Eyes added as I thought back to my duel until it clicked. Helpoemer! That's why it sounded familiar, it was the card that Uncle Malik pulled on Uncle Joey during the Battle City tournament.

     Oh no, if the Shadow Games are back, that means bad news, really bad news.

     I quickly got to my feet and looked towards the duel that Aster was in, seeing he was in pain, "How do we stop it?" I asked as my dragons floated next to me, "For starters, we have to stop this duel from continuing or else Aster will get extremely hurt. How can we do that? I have no clue, Shadow Games are extremely dangerous." Black Eyes said as I nodded, "Yeah, they're so strong that they put both Uncle Joey and Aunt Mai into comas. I'm not gonna let that happen to Aster or anyone else." I said as I made a move to jump over the railing until a voice cut me off, turning to see it was Jaden and the others looking at me confused until Jaden, Syrus, Jesse, and Chazz saw my dragons next to me which made them get serious.

     "Y/NN, what's happening?" Jaden asked as I looked over at the duel and sighed, "Aster's in trouble. Remember when our dads talked about the Shadow Games and how bad they are? Turns out, that kid and Zack somehow managed to find out how to unlock a small amount and they both learned how to use the Shadows to do their bidding because now that kid is making Aster play a Shadow Game the very second the duel started." I explained as terror came over Jaden's face before anger took over, a growl leaving his lips as he looked down at the duel.

     "We gotta end the duel, whatever this Shadow Game is, it must be really bad to make Jaden extremely pissed off." Yusei said as he and the others surrounded us. "Trust me, it's bad." I said before I jumped over the railing and landed on the floor, running towards the duel as I heard my friends copy my actions and follow me.
