I'ca get used to waking up to ha. Everyday but I wish It was'n unda these circumstances. When she tol' me what happened to ha it made my blood boil and I wanted ta kill dat man but she slickly made me promise not ta do nun. Dat didn't mean I couldn't have him killed.
"Aug"
I snapped out of my thoughts and turned ma attention to ha. "Hm? "
"Whatcha think bout? "
"Nun luh gon' back ta sleep" I said turning the hospital TV down.
"Nahh I wanna stay up witchu" she said shaking ha head on my side. "And I need to brush my teeth sooo. " she said trynna get my arm from around ha.
I picked up my phone and checked the time. " guh sit cha ass back down. It's only twelve ina mownin love."
"But still I'm pretty sure my breath stank and I know ima be up for the rest of the night." She said pouting
"I'on care bout cha breath stankin yo ass ain't leaving dis damn bed. And it'on really matta cause ya ass gon' be back knocked out like befo'." I said while laughing at ha facial expressions.
She looked at me and tried ta keep a straight face but ended up smiling. Dat damn smile always made my ass turn sof' fo sum reason. We ended up staying up until light was in da sky and i'ca admit she had a nigga feelin good.
"Knock, knock" the lady said while opening the do'.
"Hey there doc. " lyssa said while giving a small smile.
"Hey there sweetie, hey honey. " she said ta me. "How are you feeling? " she said while checking if she was alright.
"I been feeling good lately, happy. " she said while smiling at me. I gave ha a small smile back.
" well I have news for you young lady. "
"Lay it on me doc. "
"Okay" she said chuckling. "Well you can leave early, but.. " she said while writting on the lil' board.
"But? " lyssa said.
"We need you to go to this group for suicidal teens. It's nothing bad, so just go there and get it done other than that your free to go love. " she said smiling
"Fa how lon'? " I asked.
"Just till the end of may, remember Saturday 9 to 1." And wit' dat' she walked out.
"How ya feelin'?" I asked ha.
"I'm just happy to be alive at this point."
"Good, good. " I said while helpin' ha' outta da bed.
" um I wanna say sorry. I feel like Im putting you through alot and I never want to see you hurt because of me."
"Baybeh you are my bestfriend, I would jump through fi'ah(fire) fa ya. Just stay in my life and I think I'll be fine. " I said while watching her put her stuff up. While we was staying in the hospital fa a while I brung some of ha things from home to make her feel at home. "Sum a lil light ya heard me?"
"What ever you say bestfriend. " she said smiling at me.
Once we got everything I signed her out and we walked to my ca. I put her things up for her while she got comfortable there then I got in the driver's seat and drove off. I watched ha stare out da windo' admiring evrrthang that's outchea. I stopped in wendys to get ha some food and she never said anything on da way back. When I pulled up to ha house I got ha things out the trunk and put it in ha room.
Still the same since we was little.
"Ight I guess I'll see you tuhmorro'. " I said.
"No wait..... Can you stay and eat with me? " she said making a sad face.
"No. " I walked out and started ta laugh. She threw ha pillow at ma head and started laughing to. I walked in the room and sat down on the bed. " a couwse i'a stay witchu. " I said while pulling a fry out and eating it. We sat and watched TV, talked, joked, and laughed til it was dark out side.
"Ight maybe I should get goin'. "

I knew I wanted him to stay but I was scared of his reaction so just as he was about ta leave I asked him.
"Can you spend the night with me.. "
He turned around ta me and smiled. "I thought cha neva ask. "
I giggled and let him get back into the bed. "Buttt you need a shower love this ain't cutting it. " I said while poking his shirt. He got up ,grabbed my towel, and his freshly washed shorts and headed to the bathroom. Yes I washed his clothes fa him, it ain't weird at all. I waited 30 minutes for him until he got out. His curly hair was all wet and dripping down his perfect Pink plumped lips all the way ta his light brown tattooed chest. He smiled once he noticed me lookin.
"You'ca go na"
"O-oh okay" I said still lookin at him. Once I snapped outta it I got up got my towel and went in the bathroom. I took bout 20 ta 35 minutes in there. I got out of the shower, put my Calvin Klein set on, brushed my teeth, washed ma face and combed my hair the clean up my mess and left out. I climbed on the bed to the sleeping August and layed down on him. He looked like a little baby when he sleep, that was beautiful ta me. I just stared at him because I knew I was inlove with him but he didn't feel the same, I'm just a bestfriend in his eyes.
Bestfriend, bestfriend, bestfriend.
I eventually fell asleep and started to dream. I was talking down the aisle with a beautiful Pink dress on and all my family was there. I could see August at the end in a blue tux, the theme was Pink and blue. As I got closer I started to see my dad. He whispered "congrats Mrs. Roman. Then I woke up to an empty bed.
