where am I? It was dark and I felt lost. I kept screaming for anyone to hear me but they wouldn't come. Suddenly a light appeared and a man walked out with two baybehs. he walked closer to me and i started to notice he looked like... aug? yea, a dark skinned version of aug. he was very handsome, but what caught me was the eyes. his eyes made me feel like it was august there. i felt lost in my thoughts, What is this man doing here looking like aug with baby's? he must have read my mind because he chuckled at me.
" you see the resemblance between me and my brother don't you?" he spoke in a deep soft voice.
"what? i don't even know....." i looked up at him and smiled.
"no need ta cry love" he said smiling and pulling me into a hug..
"mel, it's really you, your here" i said as tears raced down my face. it was really him. before aug moved back mel came down here to visit me like he always does. i begged him on the phone to come see me because in a way mel was like a big brother to me. after he seen me and told me he loved me he left, and the next day he was found dead. I hate reliving that moment over because...... it was my fault he died. if i hadn't begged him to come down here he would still be alive. i never told aug but i know its time to. there's a lot of secretes we held from each other but eventually they will have to come out sooner or later right?
"how you been Buney" he looked at me smiling, i felt like a little girl again which caused my heart to feel warm.
"I've been good big man, you enjoyin heaven?" i asked him while taking the little girl out of his hand.
"God is good is all i can say. but I've seen you hurt, and i know augs hurting but I begged God to let me speak to you so i could give you somethings." he smiled . when i looked down the little girl was gone, i looked back at him and was confused when he handed me the baby boy. the boy looked just like aug and it was sooooo cute. I looked up from the baby boy back to mel, and he stood there laughing.
"whats funny?" i asked looking confused.
" nothing, but listen i gotta get back to my wife and home, you take care of my family. always be a self made nigga or women in your case." he said smiling
"oh okay well here...." i looked down and the baby's was gone. i looked back up to mel and suddenly seen chandra standing beside him with her red long pretty hair.
no,no she can't be. i placed my hands over my mouth and gasped. she walked over to me and held me.
"chandra please don't leave, you can't go just stay please." i begged her while crying some more.
"its almost my time and just promise me when i'm gone you'll protect my baybehs." she looked really sad, but i promised her anyways.
once the light appeared my dad walked out and they walked in.
"you've grown up so fast, i miss my little bug." he said smiling
" i missed you too daddy" i hugged him as he hugged me back.
" i need you to take care of your self, and stop pushin dat damn boy out cha life" he said kissing my head.
" i won't" i laughed remembering all the good times i had with aug"
"i love you bug" he said rubing my back.
"i love you more daddy" i said closing my eyes and letting him go.
i watched him walk into the light, he looked happy and that made me happy.
"lyssa, lyssa" i heard then turned around and no one was there. the voice got louder and louder, suddenly my eyes open and aug was infront of me holding matel. i looked around and seen i was in his room.
