It's been a year since I've seen August. Lately he's been happy with his girl korea but ian complaining because I think God led me to someone better. I was playing with the twins until I got a call.
"Wassup baby" kai spoke softly into the phone.
"Heyyyy, I missed you" I said smiling. Oh yeah did I mention? Kai is my baby and he ain't going no where.
" I missed you too but aye get dressed I'm bout to take you and the twins out. "
"Ight babe, what time you gone be here? " I said while getting my clothes out.
"In 5"
"Alright see you when you get hea."
" ight love you"
I smiled because it really mean something when he tells me he loves me.
"Love you too" I said and hung uo the phone. I got fitted in a red dress and red bottoms then went to get the twins dressed. After I was done I Heard a horn out side which ment he was here. I got the twins and left making sure the house was locked up.
We got and the car and left to the restaurant. Forty minutes passed and we pulled up to this gorgeous restaurant. The out side was glossy red with the the name La Flor across the top in big silver letters. We got out of the car and walked into the building. The host kept staring at kai which was really pissing me off. Kai must have noticed because he wrapped his arms around me from the back while holding melmel hand to keep him from walking away.
"Yes what's the reservations under? " she asked still looking at him.
"Ah yes see my eyes are up here not back there" I said making her look up at me quickly. she looked shocked.
"Yes ma'am"
"It's under kerhi(ker-ee)" I smiled at her.
"Um right this way " she said while taking us to our table. We sat down and looked at the menus.
"So tell daddy how was my babies day? " kai said to the twins. They got to blabbering to him and he just laughed and talked like he understand. I sat there and smiled because it was so cute to me, he isn't their father and he knows it yet he choose to treat them like they were his own. I feel really blessed to have him because he makes us happy. He's a rare good man and I don't wanna let him go.
I was pulled from my thoughts when I heard someone clear their throat. I looked up and it was August and his little puppy Korea.
"Daddy" buney said and I looked over at her. Mostly because she was talking about kai which pissed August off even more. He picked her up and continued to play with her.
"Can we speak" he motioned between me and him. I nodded and got up with him and walked out side.
"You got my kids callin him daddeh na? " he said calm.
" well I didn't make them and he' s being a better father than you eva was." I said rolling my eyes
"And you wonder why we ain't together. You just don't get it do you? "
"What nigga? We ain't together because of yo childish ass ways.I moved the fuck on because I was ti'ed of yo bullshit."
" you just like yo momma a fucked up miserable bitch"
I stood there looking at him really trying not to believe that he really compared me to my momma. I Shook my head trying to hold back tears.
"I ain't mean ta" he started to say but I stopped him.
