"The first-year students have completed all of the events for the sports festival! Now it's time to relax and enjoy the awards ceremony!" Midnight announced, causing the crowd to erupt in cheers as fireworks exploded overhead. Three podiums appear, each holding a student. 3rd place was a tie between Todoroki and Tokoyami, who both stood with their arms crossed, staring at second place and shaking their heads. Second place was Bakugo, who was tied down by multiple large chains. He was struggling, anger clearly radiating off him.

"He's acting like a feral animal," Tokoyami mutters as Bakugo screams into his muzzle.

First place was Kyarakuta, who stood with his hands in his pockets, a smirk on his face. He was enjoying the show Bakugo was giving. Once the podiums come to a stop, Midnight continues on with her announcements.

"Now let's bring out the hardware! Of course, there's only one person worthy of distributing the awards!" She gestures to a figure in the distance. The shadow is known worldwide, and the laugh that comes with it sends shudders down the spines of all. Every gasps with excitement as he comes into view. All Might jumps forward, making his big entrance.

"Citizens! I am here t-"

"The number one herooo!" All Might lands heroically, and the pair are met with awkward silence. "I ruined that, didn't I." Midnight mutters, knowing full well what she did.

They continued on, All Might walking up to Tokoyami and Todoroki.

"Young men, congratulations. You both showed great strength out there!" All Might places a bronze medal around both of their necks. He leans in, hugging both at once. Neither hug back, instead they soak in the moment and the words of advice he gives them.

All Might moves on to second place. Medal in hand, he releases Bakugo from his prison.

"You did well out there, young Bakugo! And second place is an amazing feat!"

"All Might..." Bakugo growled, baring his teeth. "SECOND PLACE DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING! I REFUSE TO EXCEPT THAT I LOST LIKE THAT!!!" All Might takes a slight step back, worried for his life.

"In a world where we're constantly being prepared to one another, there are very few who can keep their eyes focused on the top spot. You're one of them!" He recites as if he had practiced those words in a mirror before coming. This only makes Bakugo angrier. All Might attempts to give him the medal, but Bakugo thrashes his head around to avoid it. All Might finally runs it down Bakugo's face, and it finds a home in his mouth. All Might casually puts the muzzle back on as Bakugo spits out swear words of defiance which are muffled by the medal's ribbon. The medal hangs out from under the muzzle, clearly showing that Bakugo is second.

All Might sighs, moving onto Takusan.

"Well done, Kyarakuta. I knew you were powerful, but that was something else!" All Might places the gold medal around Takusan's neck, grateful that this action was much easier with him. Takusan bows his head, accepting the medal and soon after, All Might's hug. All Might steps back, proud of himself.

"Here they are! The winners of this year's Sport's Festival! But listen closely! Any of you first years could've ended up standing on these podiums. Think about what you've done today. You've challenged each other, learned, and climbed even closer to your goals of being pros. I think the next generation of heroes is proving to be our most promising one yet!" He dramatically points to the sky, his smile growing wider. "I have one more thing to say! I want to hear everyone yell it with me!" The crowd excitedly yelled 'Plus Ultra', the logical thing to yell, while whatever All Might yelled is drowned out. That's probably a good thing.

TAKUSAN'S POV

After that, the class met back up in the classroom. All except Tenya, who had gone to see his brother, who was apparently attacked sometime during the festival. Aizawa explained some things that I honestly didn't at all listen to, then dismissed us to go home.
