Sleepover night interrupted

Camila's P.O.V

It was Friday which meant the weekend and no school for two days...yeah

"Sweetie, are you sure you don't wanna come with us?" My dad asked, putting down his and my moms bags at the front door
"Honestly dad I'll be okay here. You and mom work hard and you both deserve this break. Demi is gonna come and stay with me." I smiled at him

I was always such a daddy's girl, have been since I was born.

"Well when we get back, the three of us can grab dinner and movie or something." He said hugging me
"Sounds good. You and mom have fun, but not too much fun though." I laughed hugging him back

My mom soon came down and we said our goodbyes too

"I put money in your bank account in case you need it mija. I love you." My mom said hugging me
"I love you both too. Now go, I'll be fine and I'll call you both tomorrow." I said

They laughed, giving me one last hug before getting on the road. They were heading out of town for a couple of days. I could've went with them, but I decided to let them some have time by themselves. I had made plans tonight anyways...Demi and I were having a sleepover. Lauren and Kehlani aren't allowed because we have been spending time with them a lot in the last couple of days. They had other plans tonight anyway which meant we would get peace from them. I headed into the kitchen to make myself a snack to keep me going until dinner. As I was making my snack, my phone beeped telling me that I had a text. I grabbed my phone and looked at it then smiled when I saw that I had a text from Lauren

Lolo: Hey Camzi, you missing me yet?
Me: Not in the slightest. I have seen you enough for the last five days to do me a lifetime
Lolo: Well you are gonna be disappointed then aren't you?
Me: How do you work that one out?
Lolo: You will have to wait and see. See you soon Camzi

What is she up to? I decided to ignore her. I put my phone done and pretty soon I see Demi walking in, duffel bag in one hand to do her over the weekend while she was staying with me.

"Hey Dems, I'm making some snacks. Do you want anything?" I asked
"Hey Mila and no I'm fine thank you. I ate at my house before I came here." She smiled dumping her bag down before helping herself to a drink from the fridge the same way she always does whenever she comes over for a sleepover.

I was looking forward to spend time with Demi which I barely get to do because I was always with Lauren. I grabbed the snack I made and a cup of soda and the two of us headed into the living room to binge watch pretty little liars. I wasn't really sure what's going on with Demi and Kehlani, so I thought this would be a good time to ask and find out.

"Demi, what is actually going on with you and Kehlani?" I asked looking at her

As soon as I mentioned her, she blushed getting a little giddy. I think my best friend may be in love.

"Not exactly sure, but we have been hanging out. We also been texting and calling each other until the morning. Nothing has been been made official, but I really like her and she told me that she really likes me too. Time will tell I guess." She smiled
"Awe how cute." I said clapping my hands for her

Demi has never dated or had a boyfriend/girlfriend, but she only kissed one person...well two including Kehlani. I was happy for her, hoping she doesn't end up broken hearted or Kehlani will have no manhood left because I will cut it right off if she hurts or pressure her into anything she isn't ready for.
