The truth finally comes out

Camila's P.O.V

"Lolo, I want the big one!" I pouted at Lauren

We were at the winter carnival that was in town, Lauren has been trying to win me a teddy bear for the last twenty minutes at the stall that you throw hoops on top of the glass bottles. She was getting annoyed because she couldn't get one in and I was standing to her giggling.

"Camz it's not funny." She said whining at me
"Okay okay, I'm sorry Lolo." I said standing on my toes and giving her a quick peck on the cheek

Demi and Kehlani were in the stall next to us shooting plastic ducks with water guns, having a blast, laughing hysterically at how bad they both were at it. I smiled, watching them and it makes me want that kind of relationship they have. Both of them were so sweet and smitten with each other. To be honest with you, I think Kehlani was possibly falling in love with her, even after a couple of weeks, you could see it when she looks at Demi. I think Demi is the same even though neither of them would never admit it. I went on a world of my own, getting a little sad. I thought I had that with Austin when really it was all lies. As for Lauren, even if I do like her, I know I will never get that from her, not in that way at least.

"Camzi? Earth to Camila?" I heard Lauren say, making me pull out of my thoughts.

She was standing in front of me, the biggest smile on her face and a huge teddy bear in her hand.

"Told you I would get it." She winked
"YEAH! Thank you." I said smiling brightly at her
"It's only a teddy bear baby girl." She chuckled
"What? I like teddy bear. I'm still a big child at heart so leave me alone." I giggled

She laughed, shaking her head and wrapping her arm over my shoulder.

"You are such a dork, s cute one though." She laughed, kissing the top of my head
"But I'm your dork." I said giggling
"That you are Camzi." She said

I looked up at her, giving her my dorkiest smile. We haven't had a chance to finish our conversation yet, but I am determined to get it done before the day was over. Lauren hasn't mention anything about it or about my date with Shawn. I think we were all having too much fun having shots on the rides, playing at the stalls etc..to think about it all.

"Y'all want corn dogs?" Kehlani asked
"Yes please." Demi and I said in sync
"Two corn dogs coming right up. Don't be running off. Stay put because we don't wanna be going around this place looking for you both." Lauren said shaking her finger at us, making us giggle
"Yes ma'am." I said laughing

She shook her head, Kehlani and her heading to the corn dog cart. Demi turned to me and I knew what she was gonna ask me.

"No, we haven't had a chance to finish our talk." I giggled "never mind, Lauren and I. Tell me when did you start falling in love with Kehlani?" I added smirking
"What? I am not in love with her. We have been together for a couple of weeks. Yes I really like and care for her...love? A little too soon for all that, don't you think?" She asked raising her brow at me
"If you say so." I smirked

She glared at me before laughing making me do the same. We talked with each other as we waited for Lauren and Kehlani to come which could be a while. The line was pretty long.

"Does she know that you don't have a date with Shawn anymore? Did you tell her about last night?" She asked
"Nope, it never came up." I said shrugging "maybe it's best that Shawn and I have no spark." I added
"You don't have a date tonight with him?" I heard behind me making me freeze in my spot. How long had she been behind me? How much of the conversation did she hear? I slowly turned around to face her, she was standing there, looking at me and looking a little confused, but at the same she was glad if that makes sense.
