Camila's P.O.V

It has been a couple of weeks since Lauren and I got together...things have been going great and she really was a sweetheart even though she would never admit it to someone. We were taking it slow for my sake which she understood and I was thankful for that.

"Camz...Earth to Camila." I heard my mom chuckle
"Sorry. Did you say something?" I giggled
"Have you decided which dress you are gonna wear tonight?" She laughed

Tonight was Lauren's 18th birthday and she never wanted to do anything but Kehlani, Demi, and I decided against that. Kehlani's parents are away tonight for the weekend and we were allowed to use the house to throw Lauren's party. As long as we tided up after ourselves and never caused any trouble. It was a parent free zone...Kehlani had invited everyone that her and Lauren has been friends for years. Demi and I also invited a few people from school that Lauren was friends with. Lucy was coming too which I was okay with because she knows that Lauren and I are seeing each other plus Shawn is invited. We were going to try and set those two up because apparently Lucy really likes him. It was meant to be a surprise party, but Kehlani can't keep a secret to save herself and ended up letting it slip in front of Lauren.

"Yes I'm going with the blue one." I smiled
"Nice choice." She smiled "can we have a quick chat sweetie?" She added sitting on my bed

I nodded sitting down next to her. I had no clue what she wanted to talk to me about.

"You and Lauren have become very close these last few weeks." She said softly and I then clicked where she was going with it.
"Mami, Lauren and I aren't having sex. I'm not ready and she knows that plus she respects me." I said
"Well I'm glad to hear that, but at the same time I was your age once and well I was the same age as you when I got pregnant. I understand hormones and I understand you really like each other. I know that eventually you and Lauren will start getting intimate so I would to take you to the doctors on Monday after school and see about birth control." She said "just to be safe." She added

That is why I love my mom. She understood and we spoke about everything.

"Okay, we can do that." I smiled
"Thank you, but please sweetie don't do anything until you are 100% ready okay?" She said
"I won't mom. I promise. Thank you for being the best mom a girl can ask for." I smiled kissing her cheek
"I'm glad we can talk about all this sweetie. I could never speak to my mother any of this. So I'm glad that we are close enough to be this way." She smiled

I gave her a hug, chatting with her for a few more minutes.

"Well I will leave you two. I know Demi will be here soon to get ready with you." She smiled kissing the top of my head

Demi and I were getting ready at my house and my mom was going to drop us off later. I laid down on my bed, grabbing my phone and texted Lauren. I spoke to her this morning to wish her a happy birthday.

Me: Hey sexy, what're you doing? Xox
Lolo: Missing you Camzi, what else? Xox
Me: Well aren't you the sweetest? Xox
Lolo: I am as sweet as they come baby. I'm laying in my bed relaxing before tonight lol. Wanna come over and keep me company?
Me: Maybe another time
Lolo: How can you resist this Camzi?

Was what the text said, a photo attached. I opened the photo and swallowed hard. She sent me a picture of herself in bed only on her boxers and sports bra plus she has this sexiest smirk on her lips. I whimpered to myself at the sight of it.
