Let me put y'all in my situation
But with the roles reversed.

You are in love with me.
I called you and asked you to come to my place before you go to school and wake me up.

You are ecstatic
And you agree.

Mind you, my roommates is also listening in on what I'm asking you and promises to not lock the front door.

So it's the morning of
And you wake up extra early.
You wear cute clothing, fix your hair and wear a bit of makeup.
Then you also get a bag of apples since that's my favorite fruit.

Also remember you are very low on gas and don't have money to fill it up.

So you finally get to my place.
You call me.
I didn't answer.
So you assumed I was still sleeping and headed to my house.

But wait.
I just walked out the house.
But you see someone else walk out right after me.
You see another man next to me.

You see me.
I laugh nervously and say, "oh haha I woke up early. Thanks anyways."

You get upset
You see the guy mean mugging you.
He's staring you down then gets into my car.

You walk away.
You are upset.

I then text you a "Thank You"
You ask me, "Who was that guy? Was it your brother?"
And you say, "No wtf we both have essays to write"

So you think to yourself, "how does that make any sense?"
"Why is that guy at your house early in the morning?"
"Why did the guy get into your car?"
"How did that guy even come to your place?"
You think my statement is invalid.

Now this is exactly what I went through.

How did it make you feel when I changed the roles?

Were you right to get upset, if you did?
