Yuzuki's POV:

Subaru dragged me through the door and I blinked a few times as we appeared in the garden, the setting sun shining down on us. He sat me down in the soft grass, sitting directly behind me, his legs next to mine. He touched my hair, braiding it.

"I didn't know you knew how to braid."

"Who do you think had to do it for the little brat back there?"

"Don't call Junior a brat!" I scolded him lightly.

His chest rumbled against my back as he let out a soft chuckle. I swatted his hands away, turning around and playing with his hair. His hands moved to my waist as I used my rubber band to tie his bangs away from his face into a tiny ponytail. I grabbed his face, nodding.

"You look much cuter like this Suba!"

"Shut up," he muttered, a light blush decorating his face.

I took out my phone, opening the front camera. I placed my face right next to Subaru's, smiling.

"Say cheese!"

I took the photo and opened it, only to see Subaru with his usual frown on.

"Subaaaaa, don't be like that!!"

I opened the camera again.

"Smile, for me?"

"Fine."

I grinned at his response before facing the camera again.

"Cheese!" I said.

I clicked the button and opened the photo, seeing that Subaru wasn't even looking at the camera, but staring at me, a small smile on his face. He came up from behind me, snatching it away. He clicked a few buttons before tossing it back to me.

"What did you do?"

"Nothing," he said as he brought out his own phone, smiling down at it.

"Did you send yourself the picture?"

"O-OF COURSE NOT, IDIOT!" he yelled defensively.

"Ok, Suba~" I teased.

We spent about 30 minutes doing nothing, his head in my lap while I played with his hair. His eyes were closed and he looked the most relaxed I had seen him in a while.

"This isn't what I would call monitoring."

I looked lazily behind me to see Ruki standing there, his book clenched tightly in his hand.

"Ah, Ru-chan, what are you doing here?"

"It's my turn to monitor you."

Subaru bolted up.

"But it's only been an hour!"

"We all decided to make it an hour after watching your little display."

"You all get jealous way too easily. Me and Suba were just bonding."

"Y-yeah!"

"Well, its what we decided so there's no way the youngest can go against us." he grabbed my arm. "It's my turn."

He pulled me away from the tsundere, Subaru's head hitting the floor with a soft 'thunk' sound.

"Ru-chan, don't be mean!" I whined.

"Shut up."

I pouted as he pulled me through the doors of the house, heading straight for what I assumed was his room. He opened the door and sat me down on the couch before taking the seat right next to mine.

"We leave for school in about an hour so feel free to do whatever you want," he said, eyes on his book.

"Even if you say that, there's nothing to do in this room."

I wasn't wrong. All that was in this room was a bed and a couch.

"I have cards," he said, pulling them out of his pocket.

"OOh! Let's play old maid. I haven't played that for years!"

"I don't want to play something that boring."

"But I can't do this fucking game myself."

He glared down at me, probably for my use of language. That glare soon turned into a mischevious look and I didn't like it one bit.

"I'll play your little game but if I win, you have to do whatever I tell you to."

"Fine, I have confidence in my skills. If I win though, you have to listen to me."

"Deal."

I shuffled the cards and divided them between the two of us. I picked up my cards, grinning as I noticed I didn't have the joker. Ruki didn't seem fazed though. We placed our matching cards until I had three cards and Ruki had four. Ruki let me pull first and I hovered my finger over each card, looking for a reaction only to get none. I 'tsked' before taking a card, sighing in relief when I noticed it wasn't the joker.

"Ha, take that."

"The game isn't over yet."

He easily took one of my cards until he had two left. I reached out again, not bothering to look at his face as I quickly took one, eyes bulging out of my head as I see the joker in my hand. I heard Ruki chuckle as I angrily shuffled them under the table. I held the two cards back up and Ruki used the same method as me, watching my face. When his hand hovered over the joker, I made a frown but when it went over the two, I had a huge smile on my face.

'Ha, this idiot will totally fall for it.' I thought to myself.

"You're probably thinking I'll fall for that trick but I can see right through you Yuzuki," he said, grabbing the two.

He grinned down at me, placing the pair down as I stared at the joker in horror.

"No fair! Rematch!"

"I won fair and square."

"But..."

I deflated at the arrogance radiating from the Mukami.

"What do you want me to do?" I mumbled.

"Come here," he said, patting his lap.

I blushed, shaking my head.

"No."

"Yuzuki, you lost."

I pouted before moving to his lap, his hands settling on my hips and I was looking everywhere but him. He grabbed my chin, easily stopping my wandering gaze, making me stare deeply into his orbs.

"Don't move," he said softly.

He moved my hair to the side, biting down on my left shoulder and I flinched from the stabbing feeling. I just listened to his command, not moving. He moved away quickly, wiping the blood off his mouth before staring at my face. He started with a kiss on my cheek before moving to the other and one on my nose. His hands grabbed my face and he pulled me in for a deep kiss. I made a yelping noise as he bit my lower lip, easily drawing blood and he used that opportunity to shove his tongue into my mouth, tasting both my blood and me. He pulled away, both of us breathing hard as he placed his forehead against mine. I punched his chest lightly.

"Idiot." I mumbled.

"Only for you," he said.

I turned more red if possible when the door was slammed open.

"It is time for school and my turn to chaperone her." Kanato said.

Ruki sighed, helping me up and I thanked him quietly.

"I'll see you at school." he said before closing the door behind me.

"Come." Kanato said quietly, dragging me back to my room.

'What's with all these boys and dragging?' I thought to myself.
