Yuzuki's POV:

I tapped my finger against the bed I sat on impatiently in the cold, dark room I was given. It had been a week since Kino had taken me to his castle and he had placed me in this drab room, not showing up once. I heard a knock and the maid came in, her face emotionless as usual.

"Your lunch."

She handed me a plate with a piece of bread and a glass of milk. She took away the old plate that still had today's breakfast on it.

"You must eat."

"What if I don't want to Mary? Let me out and I'll eat."

"You know I can't do that Yuzuki. Master Kino won't be happy."

I sighed and shooed her away, laying myself across the bed and hugging the pillow. I had already tried escaping multiple times but the door was enchanted so it just resulted in me having to get tended to by Mary. I tried using my magic to spy on the boys but it would only last for about 5 seconds before it would go out. My magic hasn't been replenishing well, probably because of the anti-magic spell cast on this room. I touched my forehead unconsciously, feeling the tattoo on my forehead.

"That's it," I muttered.

I closed my eyes and whispered a quick prayer, letting sleep take over me.

*Dream*

I opened my eyes to see myself in the familiar white space, the blonde-haired goddess standing a few feet away from me. Her green eyes looked at me up and down, checking for injuries. I got onto my knees, hand over my heart.

"My Goddess."

"Stand Yuzuki."

I nodded, doing as she commanded. Zipper was settled on her shoulder and he came and gave me his usual greeting/

"Hi, bud," I whispered.

"Now Yuzuki, I heard that you have called me. What can I help you with?"

"I know you've been watching the whole time so you know exactly what's going on. I need your help to get out of this hellhole. The only person I know who can do it is you!"

"Unfortunately, I won't be able to do that."

"Why not?!"

"It is not my time to help yet. I can reassure you that your friends are coming to rescue you."

"What?"

"I can't tell you all the details but I can tell you that Kino will go down tonight."

"What? How?"

"You must wake up. That maid is coming to get you."

The world started getting darker.

"Wait! I'm not done-"

I bolted up from my bed, sweat pouring down my forehead. The moonlight shone through the tiny, barred window and the door opened, Mary walking through carrying a new dress.

"Master Kino has called you for dinner. Please get changed into this."

I quickly did what she asked and she led me to the empty dining room, telling me to take a seat next to the head chair of the table. I was seated for a few minutes before the devil himself walked through the door.

"Yuzuki! I missed you."

"Yeah, well I didn't."

"You're such a tease honey." he said, kissing me on the cheek.

I inched away from his lips, not liking the feeling. He sat down at the head of the table and the food was served. I didn't touch it as Kino began eating and he side-eyed me.

"Are you not hungry, Yuzuki?"

"I don't want to eat your food." I hissed.

"Very well. There was a different reason I brought you here."

"What do you mean?"

"I'll tell you something good! Your boyfriends are coming to save you."

"WHAT DID YOU DO?"

"Calm down Yuzuki. I simply set bait down and these little fishies grabbed it. I want to kill them all so you have no connections and you can live with me happily!"

"YOU BASTARD!" I growled, standing up and throwing water at his face.

He blinked a bit, a frown on his face and he looked like he was going to say something but a loud bang stopped him. His frown instantly turned into a smile.

"They're here~" he sung out.

He grabbed my arm and pulled me into what seemed like a throne room. He sat at the front and I had to stand next to him, his grip turning my already pale arm paler. I flinched and gave him my meanest glare but he only chuckled.

"From here is where it gets fun."

"What do you mean?"

"I have ghouls set up all over this palace. They received a little bit of magic from me in order to use your voice to lure them in. I also set it up so that they can look into your heart and see who you're yearning for the most, who you LOVE the most. They're gonna lead that single person right to us and the rest will have to fight my shadow figures themselves."

"Is this fun for you? You're a sick freak."

"But this is all for you Yuzuki. Those boys don't deserve you You're too good for them."

"The only person I'm too good for is you Kino. I think you belong in the depths of hell, along with that good for nothing Cordelia."

He pulled me so I was centimeters away from his face, his copper eyes glowing with rage.

"If anyone else had said that, their head would already be separated from their body but since it's you, I'll let this one slide."

I was about to retaliate like the bad bitch I was but the sound of shoes hitting the floor interrupted our little squabble. I turned towards the door, praying it wasn't one of them but the smell told me a different story.

"It seems one of them found us. I wonder who's the lucky person who's loved by you the most?"

I growled, about to punch him but the door opened revealing.....
