Yuzuki's POV:
I felt my heart stop as Kino settled his other hand on Yuzu's throat.
"STOP!" I yelled.
I teleported in front of him, grabbing Yuzu and Yui and backing away, hissing at the male who stood in the middle, still grinning like an idiot. I handed the two girls in my arms to Ayato, his face more pale than usual as he looked at his daughter and wife in panic.
"Don't worry, they're alive," I said, facing him with a small smile for reassurance.
He nodded and I faced Kino, cracking my knuckles, my golden irises turning a bright red, glowing in rage.
"You're going to pay for that you asshole."
I teleported in front of him, giving him a hard punch in the stomach and I heard the satisfying crunch of his ribs. He doubled over, coughing up blood and hopped away from me. His smile was still there and I looked into his eyes, feeling madder than I ever had. I spun around, kicking him and sending him flying straight into the wall. It nearly collapsed as Kino hit it. I walked slowly to him, a scowl on my face. The dust cleared and my eyes widened as I see his body normal, no blood or injuries anywhere. He stood up, dusting his pants off.
"What's wrong Yuzuki? It seems like you've become weaker."
"What have you done?! What was the point of this?"
"I killed them all just for you!"
I flinched at his answer, seeing the crazy look in his eye. I snapped my fingers and a shadow wolf appeared next to me.
"Sick him," I growled.
The wolf growled and jumped, its lips pulled back in a snarl. Kino simply dodged and touched its forehead, the air around it changing. Its red eyes turned towards the brothers behind me, mouth foaming before it jumped, the same look in its eyes that was directed at Kino now directed towards everyone behind me.
"NO!"
I jumped in front of its path, holding out my arm, the wolf successfully latching on with its sharp teeth. I summoned a ball of light in my other hand, directing it at its head and it let out a whine before disappearing. I sighed in relief, holding my bleeding arm and glaring at Kino.
"Why can't you just leave me alone?!"
"You belong to ME!" he yelled.
"I'm getting real tired of your bullshit Kino. How about we end this once and for all?"
"I agree."
Out of the corner of my eye, I see a shadow that didn't belong to anyone start moving at an alarmingly fast pace towards Ayato and Yui.
"You bastard." I managed to get out as I ran towards them.
The shadow popped out of the ground and I kicked it away, panting.
"Your ghouls are awfully annoying."
"I can easily beat you guys without them. After all, killing that stupid king lets me have his power."
"What?"
"That's right! Now, I have more power than I used to and I plan to use it."
His eyebrow twitched and Yuzu appeared in his arms.
"NOO!" Ayato yelled, teleporting to him only to hit an invisible wall.
"LET HER GO KINO!" I appeared next to Ayato, hitting that same invisible wall.
I whispered a few words, trying to dispel the barrier but nothing happened. I turned to face Carla and he nodded, using his own magic but just like when I did it, nothing ended up happening.
"Please... I'm begging you to let her go, Kino... I'll do anything."
"Anything?" he asked gleefully.
"Yes."
He let the unconscious girl go and Ayato grabbed her, sobbing softly. I touched his head softly, feeling sorry for that scare that the idiot did. I helped them back to everyone else and I saw that Yui had woken up, looking a bit confused.
"Yui." Ayato ran to her side, pulling her into an embrace.
I smiled at the scene about to hug them but a blinding light surrounded me.
"What's going on?!" I yelled, closing my eyes.
I opened them to find myself in a glass sphere and I blinked, not able to fully comprehend it.
"Yuzuki!" everyone yelled.
I felt my vision blur as I stayed longer in the stupid sphere but I easily fought it, forcing my eyes open.
"Kino, let me out of here!"
"This is what I want in exchange for the little girl."
I shut my mouth before sighing and nodding.
"Get out of there Yuzuki!" Shu yelled.
"But I can't risk Junior getting hurt because of me."
"What are you planning on doing with her?!" Yuma demanded an answer.
"I plan on making her my wife, just as she has been fated to."
I felt my eye twitch in irritation at his words but couldn't say anything.
"She won't be your wife when I already planned on making her mine!" Kanato screamed.
"Is it really the time to be arguing about that?" I sweatdropped.
Kino bent his finger and the glass sphere started moving towards him. It stopped right in front, popping as I landed in Kino's arms, bridal style.
"Let her go!" Subaru yelled.
Kino started rubbing his hands on my injured arm and I shivered in disgust, trying to inch away from it only resulting in me nuzzling into his chest. The wound ended up healing but I wasn't the least bit happy. I gagged at the strong smell of blood on his clothes and I ended up holding my nose as I looked up at the boy heatedly, wanting to be let go.
"I can stand by myself."
"You don't need to do that sweetie. My arms are here for you."
He grinned down at me and I saw fire blast past him, his eyes widening as he saw who it came from.
"Let Yuyu go!" Daisy demanded.
"Hmm, a witch! And a strong one too. Unfortunately, you still don't stand a chance against me and you successfully made me mad!"
He snapped his finger and Daisy's eyes rolled to the back of her head, Carla catching her as she fell backward.
"WHAT DID YOU DO TO HER?" I demanded, pounding his chest.
"Calm down, I only knocked her unconscious so she wouldn't bother us. It is time we leave, we have a lot of things to prepare for."
"Wait!" Ruki said.
Kino opened a portal, facing the boys one last time.
"I hope you all know that I will be taking care of Yuzuki very well. You don't have to worry."
I heard growls erupt all around.
"Goodbye, brothers."
He turned around about to walk through the portal but I managed to shout one last thing before darkness took over me.
"I'll come back! I swear!"
