Yuzuki's POV:

I fought hard to keep my eyes open and I was able to witness Reiji actually kick the door down.

"Calm down....Rei-chan..."

"Don't talk." he scolded me, hurrying to one of the couches in the living room.

My breathing has become short pants as I flinched in pain from the sudden movements, the knife moving with it. Reiji reached for it only to be zapped like me. He growled, frustrated, pushing his hair out of his face. I felt three more people enter the room, standing next to Reiji.

"Yuzuki!" Yui yelled, dropping to her knees next to my side.

"Yui...." I breathed out.

"Tch, who did this glasses?!" Ayato yelled, looking just as panicked as Reiji.

"The man from her dreams, Kino."

"Aunty Yuzuki? What is that coming out of your chest?"

"Haha....you don't.....have to worry.....Junior."

It was getting harder to breathe and sweat was starting to pour down my forehead. I heard the front door and I turned, smiling weakly at the next eight boys that came instantly to my side. Shu touched the side of my face, dread filling his features.

"Oi, what happened?!" Subaru yelled, looking like he was about to break something.

"Suba.... calm....down," I whispered.

"How can we calm down when you're in this kind of condition?" Yuma yelled.

"Right now..... I just need.....someone to pull...this damn....thing out."

Shu was the first to reach for it but got the same reaction as Reiji. He hissed, staring down at the knife. I heard footsteps running down the stairs and my brothers and Daisy instantly pushed Shu to the side.

"What happened?" Carla said gruffly.

"K-kino..."

"That bastard," Shin growled.

Daisy reached for the knife but of course, the zaps came.

"It seems my suspicions were correct, magical beings aren't able to touch that knife. Our only hope is...." Reiji trailed off.

Everyone turned towards Yui and she nodded, putting on a determined face. She approached me, hands shaking as she reached towards the knife and everyone seemed to relax as she easily gripped the handle.

"I'm sorry Yuzuki."

"I'll.... be fine"

She pulled it out and I nearly screamed at how the pain was on par with actually being stabbed. Shu appeared underneath me, my head pulled onto his lap.

"Why isn't she healing?" Ruki asked.

Reiji disappeared before reappearing a second later, a first aid kit in his hands.

"Kino cast a spell to prevent her from healing with magic so the only thing we can do is hope that we can physically stop her from dying."

Reiji rushed next to me, holding a bit of gauze and he ripped my shirt open, the wound turning a weird shade of green. The two eldest Sakamaki's stared at the wound wide-eyed.

"He poisoned you," Shu said, full-blown panic on his face.

"Why....am I....not surprised." I chuckled dryly before coughing up more blood.
