Chapter ten: Friends

        Henry's P.O.V

        Eddy brings me a cup of water to me and I sit up in my bed. After I woke up I was weak, Eddy had to clean the dry blood off my face. I drink the entire cup in one big gulp. I lie back down and minutes later Dr. Anne walks into my room.

        "I came as fast as I could." She informs me and Eddy. 

        "What the hell happened to me?" I ask. 

        "I don't know." Eddy answers. "I tried to call you five times and you didn't answer so I thought I would drop by. When I got here I found you in the ground with blood on your face."

        "We were hoping you could tell us if you saw anything while you were unconscious," Anne says to me.

        I take a minute to process everything. Finally I speak, "I saw the girl. Jane. I don't know why I just did." 

        They both took a moment and exchanged looks. Then Eddy spoke, "We need to take a sample of your blood to test for anything unusual."

        "Unusual?" I ask. "What do you mean?"

        "Just to see if anything in your DNA has changed." Anne tells me. "I'm sure nothing is wrong. Just a precaution."

        I nod. I have no idea what's going on and I don't know if it has anything to do with Jane.

        Jane's P.O.V

        "Jane you don't have to I'm here with you. You don't have to go through it alone."

        "Goodbye Austin. I love you, I'm so sorry."

        "You don't need to do this.....Just get away from the cliff."

        "Goodbye."

        "Jane no."

        My eyes open and I see Austin sitting right next to my bed. His face shows worry, I feel something on my forehead and I realize that I am sweating. 

        "Jane what's wrong?" Austin asks. 

        I can't speak. I am trying to talk but no sound is coming out. I look down at my shirt and see blood stains. I'm about to panic when Austin grabs my hand. 

        "Jane?"

        When I look up I see Austin is scared and finally I have the energy to speak again. 

        "I'm fine," I lie. "I honestly don't know what happened."

        "Are you sure you're alright?" He asks. "You were out for a while."

        I nod, "Never better."

        There's a knock on the door and the door opens, revealing Sophia and Oliver. I open my mouth to say something but I can't. There is nothing to say, they just saw their supposed to be dead best friend pass out. 

        "Austin can you give us a minute?" I say. 

        He nods and leaves the room. The two walk in and close the door behind them. 

        "I know you guys have questions," I start. "And I know you guys think you're seeing a ghost."

        They both stay quiet and stare at me. 

        "Guys?" I say, waving my hand in the air. "You're sorta freaking me out here."

        "You're freaking out?" Oliver asks. "This one over here kept poking you with her finger to make sure you were real."

        I look at Sophia with a smile playing on my lips. 

        She puts her hands up in surrender. "I needed proof."

        We laugh and I take a look at the both of them. Sophia's long wavy auburn hair is in a ponytail and her lime green eyes are brighter than usual. Oliver has more muscule than I remember and has let his shaggy brown hair grow out, now it's even harder to see his light brown eyes.

        "We have a lot to talk about." Sophia says.

        Hey guys. 

        So my friend has brought to my attention that chapter one is not showing right now. I don't know what is wrong with it but if you haven't read it I will fill you in on what happens.

        Jane wakes up on the beach a year later and had returned to her house only to find it empty. In Henry's P.O.V he sees a girl who reminds him of Jane and is still devastated that she is gone. When him and his dad return home they find Jane in her bedroom. From there they have a talk and then Austin comes to visit and that is where the chapter ends. 

        I will try to re-publish that chapter ASAP but it may take a while because I might have testing this week which sucks. I will try to post a new chapter when I can and hopefully it won't suck. Trust me guys soon the real stuff will happen and things will be revealed. 

        On another note what do you think will happen? Do you think Jane and Austin will be together or Jane and Henry??? Also I am probably going to make a sequel to this!
