- 2 weeks later-

 It has been 3 weeks since Bruce had left for his mission with the Justice League,  I have been seeing news reports here and there but never end up watching them completely. I just don't want to worry about him and the others, so I just hope for the better. Today he was expected to come back with the others, so I was planning something special with the boys and the other sidekicks down at the manor.

The house was packed, Dick and Tim were on drink duty, Kid Flash or his real name Wally was on food duty with Thea Queen aka Speedy. Alfred was nowhere to be seen since I told him I was going to handle everything for the party. I had invited a few people over beside the heroes, after all, I was secretly planning on using this party to celebrates Bruce's birthday.

To be honest, I was more nervous about how I was going to break the news to Bruce that I had been spending my nights as Batgirl, probably it is for the best he finds out after the party.

" Okay guys, Bruce just called. They are all on their way here for a fake  "JL meeting", I just hope the world's greatest detective doesn't find out its a surprise party."

"Yea Bruce always ruins every surprise because he always manages to figure things out," Robin said.

"Shush Robin, how would he know." 

"Tim you know better..."

"Okay guys enough, go get ready. Alfred set up a room for the boys, and Thea come with me we have a lot of getting ready to do."

We all started getting ready, I could hear the boys down the aisle already starting to party in their room, on the other hand, Thea and I were way far behind. We had barely started doing our makeup, and hair was up next.

I decided to wear a long sleeve Versace safety pin gown I had been saving in my closet for a special occasion and strappy heels from Stuart Weitzman. Obviously I had to wear my best clothes for the most important man in my life. Bruce.

As we finished getting ready, we all went down into the ballroom to wait for the guests to arrive, since they were arriving earlier in order to surprise Bruce.

Many Judges, congressmen, and businessmen arrived, followed by Commissioner Gordon and Mayor Hill. The Manor was filled with Gotham Socialites and the Elite. As well, I had invited my parents over so they could finally meet Bruce and the people who became my family in such a short period of time. I just hope they can make it on time.

" Miss. Musk, your parents are looking for you in the foyer." Alfred informed me.

"Oh Gosh Alfred, I am so nervous I haven't seen them in forever."

"Don't Worry Miss, everything will be alright."

As I walked down the manor corridor, I was so excited to see my parents I didn't realize the huge grin I had on my face.

"Mom, Dad, I missed you so so much."

"Oh, my dear Y/N, my sweet child. We have missed you more. We knew you were trying to live undercover so we didn't want to get in the way of that." my mother's eyes started tearing up.

"Oh mother, it's fine. I am still kind of undercover and all but I think I'll come out as a Musk soon, I just need to straighten things out and figure out where things are going."

" Don't worry, we are going to support whatever our little silly goose wants"

"Dad, ugh don't call me that, I don't like geese, I am terrified of them."

"So, Y/N. Where's the guy I need to have a serious conversation with. He hasn't asked for any permission yet." said my dad more sternly.

"Dad, we are dating. We are not getting married. Please be gentle. Remember im, not 15 anymore."
