The Rope Suspending Liam in the Air (Rooster and Duke enter via stage left. Snowball enters via Stage Right.)
Snowball (meets up with Duke and Rooster): What are we going to do?
Liam (wailing): Help me!
Ozone: I think you should go save that kid.
Snowball: How long were you in there and why do you care about Liam so much?
Ozone: Good luck.
SONG: Save Me (Gentle Ballad)
Liam: Please, Duke and Max. Anyone? Somebody, save me from this rope lowering me into a crocodile. Please. I have my whole life ahead of me. What if I didn't get out in time. Somebody, please save me. I'm about to become a Crocodile's dinner. Please, somebody, save me. And get me out of this rope. I don't want to leave mom or dad or Duke or Max without telling how much I love them.
(Instrumental)
Oh, please. Somebody save me and get me down from this rope. (2X)

(Song ends)
Duke: What are we waiting for?
Rooster: There's no time to lose!
SONG: We're Coming, Liam (Reprise) (Fast and Suspenseful)
Snowball: Hang on Liam!
Duke: No need to worry!
Rooster: We're on our way!
Snowball: I, Captain Snowball, will make sure you don't become crocodile food!
All: Hang on! We're coming, Liam!
(Song ends.)
(They arrive at the rope lowering him to the crocodile. Snowball attempts to crank Liam back up to the catwalks, but the crank breaks.)
Snowball: UGH! Does nothing work in this circus?!
Duke: Right. You got any ideas?
Liam (shrieking at the top of his lungs): HELP ME! (Duke's fur now stands on end.)
SONG: So Scared (Gentle Ballad.) (Note: During this song, everyone else that is in the Big Top scenes, with the exception of the Clown Ensemble, is watching Liam's fate unfold before them, with terror glistening in their eyes. Max is spectating Liam's fate from the catwalks.)
Liam: I'm so scared tied up in this rope, about to become crocodile food. I'm so scared, fearing for my life right now! Somebody? Anybody? Please, save me! I'm so scared.
(Music tempo changes to Suspenseful, Dramatic. The crocodile's jaws snap at Liam, nearly catching him. They continue to do so as he sings, as noticed in the pattern.)
Liam: I'm So Scared!
(Crocodile jaws snap)
SO SCARED!
(Crocodile's jaws snap)
SO SCARED!
(Crocodile's jaws snap)
SO SCARED!
(Crocodile's jaws snap)
(Song ends)
(Just as the song ends, Duke pushes the rope far off to Stage right, and applies his whole weight to the rope as he slides down to grab Liam, and Snowball pepper sprays the crocodile, who shrieks and coughs painfully with the blinding spicy spray in its eyes. In Duke's process, he snaps the rope in half and he and Liam disappear off stage.)
Duke: Liam?
Max: LIAM?!
(The brothers notice a purple hat nearby.)
Max: I think I see his hat nearby.
Duke: I think you're right Max.
(They walk over to the hat and realize their worst fears. They gasp in horror.)
Duke and Max: Our sweet, perfect little boy.
(Duke and Max stare sadly at Liam's hat and Mel enters sobbing a massive flood of wet tears all over the audience.)
Mel: Oh, how sad. Oh, how sad. The pups despairing and terribly heartbroken. Their poor brother Liam now a crocodile's main course. (Suddenly optimistic) But wait? Could it be that we have you fooled?
