She was here, I watched her progression through the club on the security monitors, my eyes drawn to her. It seemed like so long since I had last seen her but she had been in my thoughts every day.

After meeting her brothers last week, Henry had said their whole family meet for lunch every Sunday, would the twins have mentioned anything, and how would she react to us this time, we had seen her come apart for us, we had seen her angry with us, I wondered which Geneva we would meet today.

Henry was still not back, he had gone downstairs to meet Grant, once Geneva had entered the building, but I knew he wouldn't be long.

I saw her step falter as she stepped into our corridor and grinned, flicking the screen off and getting to my feet and heading for the door.

Her hand was poised in the air to knock as I opened the door and I saw the flash of surprise dart across her face. "Geneva" I greeted, smiling softly at her and taking the hand that was still raised to my lips, watching her eyes widened as I kiss the back.

"Come on in" I wrapped my hand around hers and led her through our office into the conference room, pulling out a chair for her, as James did the same for Jayne, both of them watching us with stunned faces.

On the walls are the designs she submitted, each laid out so we can see them all, but no-one was looking at them, they were watching me.

"Can I get you a drink, water, coffee or tea?" I ask but Geneva shakes her head, still silent, as she watches.

I hear Henry coming and grin as her head whips around to the door as he rushes through. "Sorry, I'm late, hello everyone, Geneva" he says pulling her up out of the chair and into a crushing hug, kissing her forehead, before letting her drop back into the seat looking dazed, as he sits down next to her, sending me a quick grin.

"Well have you started, what have I missed?" he asks.

I hear Jayne giggle quietly as she watches Geneva, whose eyes are flicking between Henry and I.

"Nothing, we have only just sat down, so let's get started" I say with a smile and see the speculative looks that James is throwing our way.

"Geneva, the designs are fantastic, and we accept and are happy with all your costings, looking at the two suggestions for delivering the work, we believe it would be in all our interests to shut the club for the duration" I tell her and she nods.

"Thank you, in that case, there are two ways we can progress, you can give me the dates and I will work around them, obviously this will allow you to give your clientele more notice and plan the work to your convenience or... it will take four to six weeks to gather all the pieces together and have my team assembled ready to go, I would advise we add another two weeks to that for contingency, so we could theoretically start 8 weeks from today" she replies with a quick glance at Jayne who nods in agreement.

"You believe you can do the entire transformation in the time frame you have suggested" I flick a quick glance down at the details "three weeks?" I query and she nods, causing me to growl lightly at her.

She blushes but replies with words this time. "Yes I believe three weeks is more than adequate, I actually anticipate two weeks but again the last week is a contingency to ensure we have thoroughly checked everything is perfect and in place"

"Good... Henry, your thoughts" I glance at him.

"Lets go for option two, start date in eight weeks gives us plenty of time to inform everyone and once complete that will take us into the pre christmas celebration time and we can organise a grand re-opening" he says easily.

"I agree, I am happy for you to start in eight weeks" my gaze moves to James and Jayne

"And the equipment, James are you satisfied with the list for each room" I prompt and I see Jayne blush slightly.

"Yes, Jayne and I have both been in contact with the suppliers, the easiest way was to have the set made up to fit into bespoke furniture, each basic set is the same with interchangeable trays of equipment that can be added to specific rooms, either as a permanent or temporary option". James explains before tapping Jayne's hand once.

"The specialised furniture for each room has been sourced already and will be sent to our upholsters to ensure they match the room decor, this will not affect the usability of the item but will help create a seamless feel to the room" she tells us before adding. "Once the furniture arrives, James and I will inspect it all to ensure there are no issues prior to customisation or after."

I look at Geneva who is watching Jayne proudly before she realises I am watching her and her eyes narrow.

"Alex?" she asks.

"All of your team will need to sign the NDA" I tell her thinking fast for a reason as to why I was staring.

"Of course" she replies "Its standard practice, so I had expected it, anything else"

"Will you be here overseeing the work as it is done"

"Yes, again standard practice, I have found it makes the build go smoother if they can check any details or issues with me immediately" she tells me and I grin again.

"Good then you will need an office, you can use mine" I tell her and watch as she fidgets.

"I had planned to use on of the rooms, there is no need for me to take your office" she mutters but I shake my head at her.

"Nonsense, you will use the office, I insist" I tell her and hold her gaze with mine till she looks away and mutters agreement to my demand. Of course she doesn't know she will be sharing the office with us during the work.

"Right, now James, if you want to take Jayne and show her the access areas and anything else she will need for the contractors, Henry and I will review the designs with Geneva" I state and watch as James grins at me, before getting to his feet and helping Jayne up, his hand on the small of her back as he leads her out of the room, her gaze meeting Geneva's in apology before the door closes behind them.

"Geneva" I hold out my hand to her, pulling her up and over to the designs.

"You should be proud of your work" I tell her and watch as she bites her lip and her head drops, wondering at her reaction, till I see the tear fall.

"Geneva?" I ask, tipping her head up to meet my gaze and seeing the watery eyes.

"That is the second time the word proud has made me cry" she whispers and I pull her in for a hug.

"Your parents?" I ask but she shakes her head.

"No my brothers, Henry showed them the designs and they said they were proud of me" she sniffs and I grin at Henry over her head.

"Look at your designs, they are everything we wanted and so much more, you have an incredible talent and need to get used to accepting the praise it deserves" I tell her and feel her relax into my hold.

"Thank you" she whispers, tucking her head into my chest, Henry steps up behind her and wraps his arms around her as well, but she stays in place, as we offer her comfort.

But I remember our promise to her, professional until the club is done.

"Right, lets go over these designs, so you can get started" I say pulling back enough to kiss her forehead before letting her go and exchanging a quick look with Henry.
