Sun decided to ignore Neptune and go for it. It was bothering him and maybe just maybe Blake would be able to forgive completely.

He continued to walk through the crowd of people, thinking of what to say or how to say it. Neon didn't really seem to care much so it was only fair he'd be the one to speak up on it on her behalf.

Finally, he caught a glimpse of black hair and those gorgeous golden eyes.

Being deep into her conversation with Yang, she didn't even notice him.

"I don't hate dogs. They just...we just don't get along very well."

"Zwei will grow on you, trust me. He's like a little furry ball of love."

Sun gathered up all of his confidence and tapped on Blake's shoulder. "Hey, can I talk to you for a second?"

The noirette shot a quick glance at Yang before turning to Sun and nodding.

Once he found a secluded enough area, he turned to the faunas slowly walking behind him.

"Blake..I..I'm sorry."

"You already apologized. Multiple times."

"I know but.." He averted his eyes and stared at the statue beside him.

He noticed that this was the same spot where he talked to Blake before the dance in the past. The same dance she probably wouldn't have even went to if Yang didn't encourage her to relax and not obsess over the White Fang.

"I just don't want to end up destroying what we have left, even if it is just a friendship."

"Sun, you ruining anything further would be your choice. You don't need to keep apologizing, what's done is done. All I ask of you is that, if you really want to be a friend to me then respect that what you and I had is over and to respect Yang and her feelings too."

Sun leaned back on the statue and nodded. "So you want me to just-to just ignore my feelings?"

Blake followed his movements and folded her arms.
"Platonically? I already forgave you, I don't want to hold any grudges. Romantically? Yes, because I will."

Sun just stared at her for a moment, it seemed as though she was visibly done with talking about it.

He stayed silent as he put his thoughts into place.

Yang never outright did any of the things he did while he dated Blake. The least he could to was show the same respect that she gave them when they were together.

"Alright...Yeah I guess I could try." He breathed that out as nicely as he could, but internally the statement held some reluctance.

Blake gave him a small smile before turning around and began heading towards the doors, leaving him with his lingering thoughts.

Yang smiled brightly at the raven-haired girl heading back her way, holding out her bright yellow hand for her to take. Blake giggled as she was spun around, stopping directly in front of that cheeky grin that could cheer anyone up.

"Everything okay?" Yang asked.

"Well, it is now."

"Oh how you flatter me."

Ruby was also with her partner. Observing Weiss' furrowed brow and the visible stress on her face as she spoke into her scroll.
