Happy Birthday Elisa

"Happy Birthday to you! Happy Birthday to you! Happy Birthday dear Elisa, Happy Birthday to you!" Justin and I sang to Elisa while she was sleep. Justin held a mini cupcake in his hands and Elisa began to stir indicating she was waking up.

"Happy Birthday Pumpkin!" I kiss her cheek. She smiled and sat up.

"Thank you mommy!" She said excitedly.

"Happy Birthday princess!" Justin handed her the cupcake.

"Thank you daddy!" She kissed his cheek.

"We have a surprise waiting for you downstairs," I pull the cover back and allow her to get out of bed. Elisa got up and went to her bathroom to brush her teeth. Justin and I waited for her on her bed.

"All done!" She smiled running out of her room and down the steps. I smiled at how excited she was. Justin and I hurried down after her.

"Surprise!" Our family yelled out to her!!

"Is this for me?" Elisa turned to Justin and I.

"Yes pumpkin," I smiled. Both Justin and it's family stood in the kitchen with breakfast.

"Felix cumpleaños!" My mother hugged and kissed her.

"Gracias abuela," she kissed my mother back.

"God mommy brought you a present," Ming stepped in with a huge bag.

"Ming I told you gifts were for later," I tell her.

"I do have a gift for later, I just felt like I needed to get her gift for this morning too," she shrugged.

"Thank you God mommy!" Elisa said pulling out a tea party set. She turned to Justin to show him.

"Look daddy we can have a tea party now!"

"I can't wait!" He replied.

"There's more keep going!" Ming told her. Elisa is deeper in the bag. She pulls out 3 new outfits and a book bag. Elisa's face lit up as she examined the clothes. She kissed Ming and handed Justin the bag.

"Look at Ming showing off," Jay walked up.

"God daddy has your gift for later at the party," he winked. Elisa tried to wink back but failed miserably. We all laughed.

"I'm going to pray over the food and we can eat!" Rose announced. We all gathered around and held hands.

"Dear Heavenly Father we thank you for this day. We thank you for bringing us together for our beautiful Elisabeth's 6th birthday. I thank you for bringing Justin and Bella into her life and saving her. Lord I ask you to allow these two to continue to shower this little girl with love for the rest of her life. Protect her at all times God and allow her to know that she is loved by you Lord and by her family in Jesus name we pray," and everyone said "Amen,"

We all sat down at the long table out in the back as we were served breakfast. Elisa sat at the head of the table and Justin and I sat on either side of her.

"So Elisa are you excited about your party later?" Pattie asked.

"Yes g-ma I'm going to be a princess," she smiled.

"I can't wait to see you as a princess," I smiled at my family gathered around. I ate my food as I watched everyone smile and converse. I looked over to Justin to see he was looking at me. I gave him a smile and he winked making me blush.

"Mommy and daddy?" Elisa put her juice down to talk. We have her our attention.

"Well now that I am a big girl does this mean that I can't sleep with you guys anymore?" She asked.
