I tried so hard. Just for him. Yet it wasnt enough. It never was, never would be. Gently i made my way across the cold floor, padding my way towards the kitchen. I opened the medicine cabinet and took out two bottles of medicine. One was of the bottles was strong sleep medicine used for headaches, the other was my anxiety and depression medicine.
I dumped the two bottles out and got a glass of water. Without even looking i grabbed a handful of both of the pills mixed together. I start downing pill after pill after pill. I was getting hot, too hot. I took my shirt off, followed by my jeans. The heat never went away. The faint ringing of my phone filled my ears, so i stumbled back to my room and looked at the caller id. It was none other then my boyfriend Wooyoung. I just let it ring.
The world was spinning. My legs gave out and I fell to the floor. My head hit the floor first. Stars were surrounding me. The doorknob started jiggling, but no one could get in as I had locked it. But it opens.
"YN baby!" Wooyoung yells and races over to my sweat drenched body. "Baby oh my god!" He kneels down. "Woo-young. Leave, you don't need to see me like this." Tears start to fall down my face.
Wooyoung starts to cry. "Baby stay with me, I'll get help." I cry harder at the words 'Stay with me'. He lifts my head up and wipes my sweat away, then places my head on his lap. Wooyoung strokes my hair and pulls his phone out.
"Who are you calling?" I whisper. "The paramedics babe." He explains and they pick up. "Hello, my girlfriend is over dosing. Please come quick." His words get quieter and quieter as my eyes start closing.
I wake up in an ambulance with Wooyoung holding my hands. The lights were bright. Too bright. "Hey, try and stay awake baby." Wooyoung tells me. "Is she awake?" An unfamiliar voice asked. Wooyoung nodded. I look over and see a dark blue haired nurse. "Try to not move okay? You have two ivs in your arm." He tells me. I nod. Slowly, I wake up as we pull into the ambulance. Then I fall asleep once more after whispering a fast "I love you" to her.
