"it's time to say goodbye"

I got up and got ready for the day
Outfit

I left a note for my sister saying I was going out to meet my boyfriend since it his birthday. I got in my Jeep and dropped it off at a repair shop since I wanted to get it in a different color and I needed the tires to be changed. I call an Uber and went to Nick's house "hey baby" he says when I got out "I missed you" we hug for a good 10 minutes "is that my daughter in-law" Ms. Mara says I smile and walk up to her and hug her"yes it is" I say "thanks for coming over the other day" "no problem" "will I let you two go......happy birthday baby boy" "thanks Mom" Nick said he gives her a hug then we go to his car he opens the door for me I get in and he goes to the other side he gets in and we drive off

"So what are we doing" Nick asked me "um I don't know all I know is that I want food and happy 19th Birthday" he smiles at me "food it is and thank you" I smile at him the give him a kiss on the cheek. We pull in to a diner that I love we get out and go inside we order our food and wait "I remember we met here all the time after school and when I had practice for soccer or the play you would wait for me to get out and then we would come her and eat" I smile thinking of the past "yeah me to and then on our 7th grade dance I asked you to be my girlfriend" "and I said yes" and we have together ever since 8 years" I said " going on 9 t December 5" I smile the food comes and we eat and talk

I got a call from my sister Rose that she was going in to laber " Nick we have to go to my house now" "what why" "um my sister is about to give birth" he gives me the 'oh' face and we get up pay then run to the car we get there in no time I get out and run up to the door I open it and see my sister on the last step with the bag I get the bag and Nick comes in and helps me with her we put her in the car and drive to the hospital when we get there I run inside and get someone while Nick is helping my sister. We get her inside and they take her to the back I had to wait they took us to her room "we need Destiny" I stand up "that's me" she wants you in there I nod and go in Nick waits outside the door they pull me aside and tell me something I didn't want to hear

"Um here's the thing if you're sister gives birth she can die but the baby will live if she want we can kill the baby and she lives, and we think you should be the one to tell her" I nod as a teardrop comes out I tell her and she tell me to save the baby and she dies I mean she didn't even think "what no I can't lose you to please" "Destiny I made up my mind so go  get the doctor" I nod and get him "save the baby and I want my sister to have custody of her Destiny please take care of her" she said I couldn't say anything all I did was nod

Next thing I know my sister is dead and I have to take care if the baby the doctor take the baby and clean her up I get the birth certificate and sign it Rose,Mae,Arreaga Name of mom-Destiny Arreaga Dad-unknow . They take my sister body out and in walks Nick "why did they take your sister out" I look at him and cry "she d-died giving birth" I said so my crying turned into sodding I couldn't take it "and who's going to take care of the baby" I pull away form him and sit him down I take a deep breath in "I am it's what Rose wanted so I'm going to" he nods "and Rose said to take care of the baby as my own so from now on I'm her mom" he nods and smiles"I guess that means I'm her dad cause you are not doing this along I'm with you" he says I smile but the smile fades away

"No your not it's over I want you to leave I don't wanna see you" I said trying not to cry he just laugh I didn't "your not joking,are you" "no Nick am not I don't want to see you I never loved you so get out" saying that killed me but I had to I'm not going to let him throw away his life "okay if that's what you want then I'll go but just know this I will always love you" he say on the verge of tears and with that he's gone

4 Days later

I was able to leave the hospital with Rose a day ago I missed Nick but it was for the best i put Rose down for bed and got all the boxes ready and put everything in there. It was time for me to leave New Jersey and go somewhere else I'm going to L.A I got the plane tickets and now all I have to do is send my thing to my new apartment I already sent my car I got all of Nick's thing/the thing he give me and put them in a box I had to leave tomorrow at 6am it's 2am now so I had time to kill I put the last of the boxes away in the moving truck I went in my now emtey apartment and got ready to leave i had my bag and some of Rose thing in the bag so she can play with and not be loud on the plane

5:50 am

I had went to sleep for a little bit but then wake up I got charged and then got Rose change

I put Rose in a matching outfits I pick her up and get the bag and Nick's boxs I call an Uber and wait when the car pulled up I got in and give him Nick's address we get there I ask him to wait and he said okay I get out and grab Nick's boxs I walk up to the door and nock I wait and see Ms. Mara open the door she looks at me and gives me a sad smile "um I came to give Nick his thing back" "okay I can give it to him" I give the boxs to her "I'm sorry" she smiles and nods "I understand why you did what you did and soon he will to" I smile and let a tear fall out she hugs me I hug back and get ready to go "wait can I meet her"I nod she walks out and I go and get her out the car "Ms.Mara met Rose Mae Arreaga"she smiles, " beautiful name" I smile "um will have to go" "why" "I'm leaving New Jersey I can't stay here not now at least I'll come back but for now I can't stay" she nod "I understand but please keep in touch" I smile and nod. She walks back " wait can I have one of his hoodie" she nods and hands me the boxs I pick my favorite one of his and take it "thank you" and with that I get in the car and go to the airport we wait for the our plane to be call when it does I get up and walk to the gate I look back "goodbye New Jersey bye Nick" I get on the plane with Rose and get in our sits

After you land

We had landed a minute ago I'm so glad Rose slept the whole time we get off and I get our bags I call an Uber and wait. When it arrives we get in I tell him the address and hold Rose and feed her. "Here we are" "thanks you for the ride and stoping to get food" he smiles "no problem my wife is in the hospital and will I just need to get my mind of things" "I'm glad I could help and I hope she will be okay" I get out and pay the man and get my things from the back. I walk up to my apartment and go in it was emtey I put Rose down in her car seat and call the moving company they tell me it's be here in 1 hour my car was outside. It finally gets here and they help put the stuff inside I thanks them and pay them they didn't take the money said I need it for the baby I smile and thank them I let Rose play with her toys and get everything done when everything was done I got Rose and went to bed
