chapter two~ if only it was 8

Your POV

I look over and glance at the clock and see I've awoken way too early. My heart longs to see Ciel since I've detected I have feelings for him. Last night I dreamt that Ciel and I were living together happily... Since I have the extra time I might as well look my best.

"Hmmm..." I start to him (favorite song) as i mentally debate on what dress to wear... I pull out a beautiful (f/c) dress and decide it's good enough. My loyal butler Shade comes in to help me dress. It's quite odd I've never gone through the trouble to find a maid. Although I should do that, I always decide against it. Shade is the only servant I will ever need.

"Good morning lady ________... where are you headed today?" He asks me kindly as always while lacing up the black lace on the back of my dress

"I'm going to visit Ciel!" I reply very happily. Shade chuckles, already knowing why I'm so happy. There is no denying the feelings I have for Ciel, I can't get him off my mind. My mind has been flooding with thoughts of him this morning.

.....

"________?" By butler furrows his brows with a concerned look.

"Yes!?"

"You didn't reply to me when I told you I finished... your mind must have been another place as always" I love Shade. He's been with me all my life, I can't remember a moment I've lived without him.

Instantly I apologize, almost frantically...

"Sorry!" I got lost in thought... I can't focus when Ciel is clouding up my mind.

"It's alright lady ________, no need to apologize." he's always so calming and happy.... I'm glad to have him around. What would I do without Shade?

"O-okay" I reply.

Shade picks up a brush and stands behind me, he gently brushes my (h/l) (h/c) hair as I sit and put an old necklace given to me by my mother on. When shade finishes, he strokes my hair gently with his hand.

"By the way ________ I have breakfast ready for you downstairs... (f/f)" (im using (f/f) right here as favorite food)

Yes! (F/f)! "Thanks shade!!!" I dash downstairs and shade trails behind quickly.

Even (f/f) can't get my mind off Ciel! Maybe I should tell him how I feel. No... I don't wanna ruin my friendship with him. We're too close, I don't want to lose that. I've known him for a while... maybe he will understand?

~time skip to about 7:55 a.m.~

Ciel's POV

I had Sebastian dress me in my newest suit... Yet here I am,

Waiting...

Waiting....

Waiting for 8:00 to.come so I can see my darling ________'s face again, I have a surprise for her too. I want her to be here with me.... since I woke up she's been on my mind. I'm glad it's nearly 7:58. She should be here any minute....

I had Sebastian stay inside so I could personally greet her. Although happiness flutters in my heart, I can never show it through a smile.

Alone and desperately waiting for the one I love.... The clock finally strikes 8:00 and I see her carriage arrive. I chuckle, "right on time mi'lady." My lips curve into a smirk as I walk to her carriage and lead her into my yard.
