I groan as I wake up. After I left Sarah and her son at the clubhouse I needed a drink and I got so drunk I really don't remember leaving Scars. But I'm in my bed so I must've gotten here some how. I hear a soft moan from behind me and turn to find Angel and Daisy, Daisy writhing as Angels face is buried between her thighs."Morning." I smirk as Daisy opens her eyes and looks at me, blushing slightly
"Join the party." Angel smirks before getting back to work, I think I can do that.
I leave the girls to take a shower, get dressed and head downstairs
"So how long are you staying?" I hear Cordelia ask
"I don't know, I haven't thought this out very well." I hear Sarah sigh
"Oh honey you'll work it out. Tobias is welcome to play with the kids whenever." Cordelia replies. Great, so Cordelia is pulling her back in, when I just want her gone, to stop reminding me of what I lost when she left me, breaking my heart into a million pieces. Yet there's something comforting about hearing her and Cordelia in the kitchen together, it reminds me of when I was happy, Sarah really was everything for me.
"What about your family?" Cordelia asks
"Are you kidding? My mom would throw a fit if she found out I left Charles. She was so happy I finally got over my rebellious phase." Sarah replies. I remember her parents, like mine they expect certain things from their children, but where as mine cut me off her mom was always calling giving her a hard time.
"What about your sisters?" Cordelia asks
"Catherine is married to the District Attorney, Rebecca is married to some big shot who works on Wall Street and Elizabeth's husband is running for senator next year. They were proud I'd finally found a decent man. No way they would understand and they'd call him to come and get his wife." Sarah sighs. It was one of the many things we had in common, both of us understood what it felt like to struggle with family. At least my sister is happy for me, and she keeps in touch so I know about my niece and nephew. Sarah doesn't have anyone. Well she did have me and the club until she left us.
"Morning B." Cordelia smiles as I walk into the kitchen
"Morning." I nod as I sit down at the table
"Hi." Sarah says nervously, I just nod. Luckily it doesn't take long for the kitchen to fill up
"Who was that poor girl running out of here? She looked traumatised." Scarlett asks as she sips her coffee
"Oh fuck, what was her name? I think it began with a G, or was it a J?" Ace tries to think
"You skank. I love it." Scarlett laughs.
"You're back!" Scarlett jumps up and pulls Addy into a hug
"Easy tiger, took a knife to the gut." Addy groans lifting her shirt
"Are you ok?" Cordelia asks
"I'll be fine, got my own personal Doc to kiss it better." Addy winks before walking over to pour herself coffee
"Hey B I saw Angel and Daisy leaving, you still hitting both of them?" Addy smirks as the room falls silent, I look to Sarah and she averts her gaze from me to the floor and I nod to Addy
"You know both of them slept with Nelli, watch out, I'm sure that fuckers full of STD's." Addy says crinkling her nose
"Ok stop talking about three ways or I'll be jumping Knuckles." Scarlett says trying to move on the conversation
"I should get to work." Sarah says as she practically runs out
"Clearly we need a catch up before you put your boot in your mouth again." Scarlett smirks
"What I do now?" Addy asks looking around "and who was the girl?"
"That is B's ex Sarah." Cordelia explains
"Oh shit." Addy says looking to me
"Sorry dude I didn't know." She adds
"She left me." I shrug. "I gotta get on the truck."
I finish my coffee and grab the keys for the truck, heading outside in time to see Sarah driving off with her son. Why do I feel bad about her finding out about me and the girls? She left me, she can't expect me to be alone for the rest of my life, she's married for fucks sake. The day better go quick I need a drink.
"You got a minute?" Killer asks standing in the garage wiping his hands on a rag, I nod and follow him inside to his office and take a seat on the leather couch.
"Sorry I didn't call until after I'd brought Sarah here, I figured it's nothing she hasn't seen before." I explain, I really should've asked him first, but I couldn't leave her there
"I get it, but Cordelia practically has her calling the clubhouse home. You want her staying here longer?" He asks
"I just didn't want her and her kid sleeping in her car, anything could happen to them." I shrug
"Well I'm letting her stay for now, but you want her gone and I'll put her out, even if it means I have to sleep on the couch for a couple nights." Killer smirks.
"It's fine, I doubt she'll be here long, she thinks the club hate her." I reply
"Well she's lucky you talked me down, I wasn't going to let her go to the cops over all she saw here." When we figured out Sarah had left and wasn't kidnapped Killer was concerned that she would go to the cops and tell them about the guns and all the other illegal shit we get up to.
"She wouldn't do that, I knew she wouldn't." I nod. As much as I hated her when she left I couldn't let Killer kill her to keep our secrets, I knew she wouldn't rat on us.
"I'm still going to put it to vote at the next church, but I wanted to talk to you first. If the rest of the club don't agree, she's out." Killer explains and I nod.
"I appreciate that." I say as I stand and leave, heading for the truck. I still haven't had time to process what I learned last night. All this time I thought Sarah got rid of our child because she didn't want to be linked to me. The whole time I was drinking and cursing her and hating her she went through losing our baby alone, she went to her appointment hoping to see the baby's heart beat only to be told it wasn't there. I should've found her sooner, I should've been there with her. I could really use that drink right about now.
