I've been here almost two weeks now and I'm starting to relax a little. I've been following the news and they have no leads on where I am, but I won't let my guard down yet. I no longer have to hide from the club, Molly told me they voted on whether I could stay at the clubhouse and everyone agreed. I was shocked that they would want me around but I can't thank them enough. Still, I want them to know I'm not here just for their help so when I'm not at the bakery I've been making breakfast and dinner and cleaning the clubhouse.

"What smells good?" Indigo asks as she walks into the kitchen

"I'm making brisket." I smile

"You know you don't have to cook every day." She says as she sits at the counter

"I'm just paying my way how I can." I shrug

"They all voted to let you stay, although I don't think the place has ever been cleaner, maybe I should send you to my house." She giggles. She's changed so much since I last saw her, she's more confident, more relaxed, she goes out more often and her daughter is adorable.

"Is Tobias ok out there?" I ask pointing towards the bar

"Yeah Willow is helping Jessica teach him poker." Indigo smirks

"Well that's me only playing for cookies from now on." I chuckle. Charles would have a fit if he knew our son is learning poker, heck he'd have a fit just by Tobias being in the clubhouse. Yet Tobias is safer here than he was at home.

Slowly everyone begins sitting down for dinner as Indigo and Cordelia help me serve, the kids sit together at one end of the table while the adults take up the rest of the seats. I laugh as Tobias and Jessica play cards whilst trying to eat at the same time and Diesel joins them. Ace stands and I take his seat, sitting next to Evie. I watch as Ace joins in the card game and the kids are really enjoying it, including Tobias. After all he's been through he's still smiling and laughing, I'm so proud of him.

"Your turn to deal Tobias." Ace says as he shuffles the cards "Or can I call you Toby?"

Tobias looks straight to me, Charles always said only common people shorten names and he would go crazy if someone tried to call him Charlie.

"Do you want him to call you Toby?" I ask

"Can he?" Tobias asks

"If that's what you want little one." I smile

"Ok." He smiles before taking the cards and dealing.

"Oh fuck." Circuit curses

"You have to put a dollar in the swear jar daddy." His daughter Delilah giggles, but Circuit doesn't respond, turning his cell to Killer

"Where are your car keys?" Killer asks looking at me

"Upstairs in my purse, why?" I ask before looking to Tobias

"Let's talk outside." Killer says thankfully

"I'll be right back." I smile at Tobias before following Circuit and Killer to the bar

"I hacked Boston PD to monitor your missing persons case, they found the dude who sold you your car." Circuit explains

"Oh no, do they know where I am? We have to leave." I turn towards the stairs ready to grab my stuff, my son and run when Killer stops me

"They don't know where you are we just need to get rid of the car. Get me the keys." He says motioning upstairs

"No." I say firmly

"No? You want to bring the law and your husband to our door?" Killer growls

"I don't want to sit back while you do everything for me, I'll get rid of the car." Ok I have no idea how to get rid of a car but it's time I 'handled shit' as Cordelia used to say.

"You sure you can handle that? If they find your car here the cops will be straight to the clubhouse." Killer smirks, I was always a scared little girl when I lived here, but I'm not her anymore

"I can." I nod. I don't give him time to reply before running upstairs to grab my keys I toss my purse back on the chair when there's a knock at the door

"Come with me." Cordelia says nodding up the corridor, I follow her to her and Killers room and she's opens the closet

"You need help?" She asks

"No, I'm not dragging you or the club into my mess I can handle it." I say strongly

"Ok, well here's some dark clothes and boots, although you may need to roll up the pants." She chuckles

"What are you going to do because this can't go wrong." She asks

"It won't. Can you watch Tobias for me?"

"Stay safe and call me if you need me." She nods as I turn and leave her room.

I officially have no idea what I'm doing. I don't know how to get rid of a car. I thought about burning it but then what if the fire department arrive and start searching for the owner of the car? I'm sitting in the car by the lake trying to come up with a plan. The lake was always a good place to come and think, although it's where I decided to leave Derek so it's obviously not a place for good ideas.

How is this going to work? I get rid of the car and they can't find me. Will I always be on the run from Charles? I can't do that to Tobias. If I go to a lawyer and file for divorce won't that tell Charles where I am? I don't have money for a lawyer anyway. I ran away from Derek without a plan and I've done the same with Charles. The only difference is I don't regret leaving Charles.

I sigh as I look around the lake, I could do with a glass of wine right now. I look over the water and the trees and up to the cliff high on the left side. Maybe that could work? Only one way to find out.
