The Winchesters' investigation starts with one name, Andrew Gallagher. He is one of the two brothers with this mind control. One of them has killed someone, but when they find Andy, they know it must be the other one, a twin brother. Andy leads them to Ansen Weems.
Rose stands out of sight. Dean, Sam and Andy are on time to prevent things; maybe she can stay out of it. If their plan doesn't work, she'll intervene. The girl isn't going to die.
'Dean, you should stay back.' Sam tells his brother.
'No argument here. I had my head screwed with enough for one day.'
Andy stands in Sam's way: 'I'm coming with you.' Sam seems to disagree. Andy tries again: 'If it's Tracy out there ... then I'm coming.'
Maybe she should do something. It's a terrible situation; she knows what compulsion can do. There is the sound of breaking glass: 'Get out of the car! Now!' It's Sam.
'You really don't want to do this.'
They have Weber until Tracy picks up a large stick and hits Sam on his neck. He goes down, unconscious.
Andy looks at Tracy; she looks scared at him as well. 'How did you do it?' Andy asks while Weber pulls the duct tape from his face.
'Practice, bro. If you'd just practice, you would know. Sometimes you don't need to use your words. If you have to, 'He taps his forehead: '-all you need is this. Sometimes the headache's worth it.'
Tracy walks to the edge. Andy wants to talk him out of it. Rose looks at Tracey. She doesn't know if she will be fast enough to save her.
'I mean, you learn you've got a twin, you call him up, you go out for a drink, you don't start killing people!' Andy continues.
'I've wanted to tell you for so long, bro. But he didn't let me. He said I had to wait until the time was...' Weber tells his twin.
'Who?' Andy asks.
'The man with the yellow eyes.' Weber says. Rose tenses up from her hiding spot.
'What are you talking about?' Andy questions.
'He came to me in my dream. He said I was special. He told me he's got big plans for me. Wait 'till you see what's in store, Andy, for both of us! See, he's the one who told me that ... I had a brother. A twin.'
Dean holds up his rifle. He is ready to shoot if necessary.
'Why did you kill our mother? Why? And why Dr Jennings?' Andy continues.
'Because they split us up! They ruined our lives, Andy! We could have been together this whole time instead of alone. I couldn't, I couldn't let them do that, I couldn't let them get away with that. No.' Weber explains.
Dean aims.
Weber turns around and looks directly at where Dean is hiding. Rose stands up. Weber looks at Dean: 'I see you.' He says it slowly. 'Bye-bye'
Rose sees Dean turns his rifle towards his chin. She speeds towards him and takes the gun from him in a matter of seconds. Dean takes a step back. He didn't have the time to pull the trigger. Rose turns around. He looks down; he is not holding his gun anymore.
'You turn around, now.' Weber says: 'Turn around.' His eyes reveal that he fears her: 'How does that keep happening? Why aren't you listening?'
She keeps looking at him: 'I'm afraid that's not going to happen.' Rose says.
Weber falls, and he is shot by Andy. He looks up from his gun. He sees Rose: 'He was going to kill her. I had to stop him.'
It doesn't take long for rescue and police crews to arrive. Andy is talking to a police officer, his stance confident. Sam is crouching by a wall, a paramedic tending to his shoulder. Dean stands at his side.
Rose walks over to Andy, who prepares himself: 'If you want, I can do it?' She says, and he nods gratefully. She looks at the officer: 'He shot himself, and you saw it happen.'
The compelled officer nods: 'Yes, I did. I saw it happen.'
Andy and Rose walk towards the Winchester: 'Thank you for....' He says to her and then looks at the boys: 'Tracey won't even look at me.'
Sam looks from Tracey, who has a blanket around her back, to Andy: 'Yeah, she is pretty shaken up.'
'No, it's, this is different. It's, uh, I never used my mind thing on her before. Before last night. She's scared of me now.'
'Andy, if you want, I can make her forget you did that?' Rose suggests.
'No, I don't want any lies anymore.' He answers.
'I hate doing this, but we have to get out of here. Here., I wrote down my cell. You don't have to be alone in this, all right? If anything comes up, just call me up.' Sam gives him a piece of paper.
'What do I do now?' Andy asks.
'You be good, or we will be back.' Dean replies.
Back at the car, Dean's phone goes: 'Hello? Ellen. What's going on? Yeah, we'll be right there.'
'Why are you here?' Sam asks Rose: 'I'm happy you did that, but....'
'I promised to keep you both alive.' Rose says.
'So, you've been following us.' Dean guesses. He stands behind her.
Rose glances at him: 'Yes, since... since your father died. He asked and ....'
Both boys are quiet: 'Did he tell you anything else?' Sam asks.
'You mean about Yellow eyes? No.'
'But you know what I'm talking about.' Sam tries again. Dean looks between them.
'I can see when someone keeps a secret, but he wouldn't tell me. He had his reasons, so I didn't ask again.' Rose explains.
'Now, if you're going to keep following us, maybe you can just come along?' Dean suggests.
She didn't expect this reaction.' I don't think they'll like that at the roadhouse.' Rose says and gives a piece of paper to Sam: 'Call me for the next hunt. I'll come.' She expected them to be angry or at least tell her to stop. She didn't think they would ask her to come along and join them on hunts.
