TMNT x Reader Raphael [ complete ]

.this sucks.

When I finished eating Dad came in to examine me,  Donnie took my readings and then something I wasn't expecting happened . . .

"I need you to try using your powers on one of these objects", he said as casually as possible.

". . . I-is that safe?", I looked at him with a raised eye brow.

"It should be yes, I just need to see how much you used in changing me that way we can estimate your recovery time", he looked at me sweetly as of saying 'don't worry'.

Taking in a deep breath I did as I was told,"Cut". I aimed in on some empty bottles not that far away, the cut wasn't clean and it just shattered.

'T-thats never happened ?', I looked over at them in a small panic.

Donnie came over to reassure my worries, "It's alright we expected this (y/n), you just need to rest and your energy should go back to normal".

I calmed down a bit after that but they made me take more tests . . . The only one I was able to do 'okay' in was illusions.

"Recovery won't take that long, right now you can't get out of bed but maybe tomorrow you will be able to, as for your powers that might take a bit longer", dad came down to my level and explained everything to me.

Physically I should be recovering faster but when it comes to my powers that will take a good while till I have full control again.

'Looks like I'm back at square one on the training', I rolled my eyes at the thought.

"Why the long face", a scruffy voice came from the couch.

I looked up in surprise "Raph your awake".

He walked over yawning with a stretch," how are you feeling?", Placing his forehead on mine.

I wasn't expecting him to do that so I froze up and blushed madly, "u-uh i-im okay".

Smirking at my flustered expression he softly nuzzles into me, "stop being adorable or I'm going to want to tease you more".

"I-I'm not doing anything!?! You stop making me flustered !", I said with a blushing face.

"Alright love birds break it up No PDA while she's recovering you might make her use her powers on accident", Land broke up our little moment.

"oh great its the dog boy, go laugh your ass off some were else will ya", Raph said irritated while holding me closely.

"why don't you go deep dive for a while in the sewers ya worm eating frog", Land retorted taking my free arm and pulling me close.

'w-whats happening ?'

"wanna go Toe licker?!",Raph pulled me closer to him.

'what am I a toy?', I was getting sick of being pulled.

"i can take you on when ever were ever fire boy", they got closer and you could feel them staring each other down.

I couldnt take it any more and just snapped."Enough Already! SIT DOWN", my eyes glowed red making them slam on there butts.

At the same time the tech I was hooked up to went crazy, my breathing became erratic and my head was killing me it was getting harder to breathe. the boys couldn't get up since my eyes were stuck on the red glow but Dad and Donnie came over to help.

Donnie came in at the sight of it all, "What happened!".

"(y/n) sweet heart try calming down focus on my breathing", He sat down next to me placing his forehead on mine.

Still wheezing i managed to let out small words, ". . . i . . .ca..nt . .", my eyes were full of tears from the pain.

"yes you can look at me, breathe honey breathe". He looked me in the eyes placing my Hand on his chest, i did my best to match his breathing.

After a few minutes my eyes went back to normal and i was very light headed, the boys were able to get back up but only looked at me with worry.

"you guys strained her to much pushing her to this point, From now on No Fighting While She Recovers Got It", Dad gave them a bone chilling glare.

"y-yes sir", They both said at the same time.

They both felt guilty for what just happened and agreed to keep there cool when around you, the incident pushed your recovery further hours felt like days and days felt like weeks soon enough the lab was basically your own room.

April would come by from time to time to help you with classes and some much needed girl time, Being with boys 24/7 was to much sometimes.
