This song^^ (Chandelier by Sia) is so beyond words. I don't know why I love it so much, but I found it like one and a half year ago and I used to listen to it and sing it a lot. And then I found 'better' songs, and stopped listening to this one.
I don't know why I did it, but I didn't listen to this song as much anymore until around three days ago. Because now when I listen to it, I've found something stirs inside me. I don't know what it is, but it makes me feel... happy. Like I'm dreaming. Or floating.
Like magic.

Rowan and I step into a dark, scary hallway after Alessa. The walls are adorned with flickering candles whose flames seem to grow as I look at them, casting longer shadows on the wall.
Maybe this place is just scary to me because I hate the dark. Either way, I shiver a little.
The dark hallway leads to a just-as-dark hall, where a chandelier burns somewhat bright but still, each small flame is not enough to illuminate the room.
I shrink away from the shadows that obscure the corners of the room in darkness. "Where are we?" I whisper in fear.
"You are in the Whitethorn family manor," Alessa announces as the lights brighten, then running off somewhere else.
"Okay," I sigh, letting out a breath I didn't know I was holding. I relax, untensing, now that the dark is less likely to come for me.
I trip on the edge of a tealish-blue rug, and Rowan catches me again, steadying me.
"Do you live here or something?" I ask.
"Yes, but it's changed a lot," he responds, examining a potted plant in the sunlight that shines through the window.
"So is Livvy Fae?" I realize, "Since she's your cousin."
"Livvy is... not Fae. I told you I was half-Fae. I'm half Fae and half something else. Livvy is from the side of my family that is not Fae."
"Wait, so if you're half Fae and half something else, what's the something else?" I ask curiously.
"Do you really want to know?" Rowan blanches.
"I mean, you don't have to tell me."
"Maybe one day. But not now," he says.
"So does your whole family live here?" I ask, changing the topic.
"My mother lives in the Shadow Court, where I think you've guessed I'm from?" he starts, and when I nod, he keeps going, "my father was human and he died ten years ago. There isn't anyone here except Alessa."
Then she comes down the stairs dragging a girl with her. "This is Mor," Alessa says, motioning to the blonde girl with full lips and an oval face behind her. Mor's upturned eyes are a vibrant golden-brown, standing out against her tan skin.
"Sjelevenn?" Rowan asks Alessa. I remember it means 'soulmate.'
Alessa nods, and Mor waves, smiling, but I can see the small amount of distrust in her eyes as she looks to me.
