I couldn't believe this was happening right now. Not only was I caught making out with my boyfriend in his car, but I was caught by my brother. My brother.
"Are you going to roll down the window, or what?" He asked tapping the window again. I put my head in my hands while Grey rolled down his window.
"You must be the guy my sister has a crush on."Please let a hole open beneath me and swallow me up.
I felt Drew's eyes on me, but I refused to raise my head out of my hands. "Uh, yeah. I'm Grey." "Nice to meet you Grey. I'm Drew, Cassie's older brother."
Silver lining is that it was Drew and not Ben. If it were Ben, he'd have already broken the driver's side window and dragged Grey out of his car.
I lifted my head, watching as Drew and Grey shook hands. Well, that was a good start.
"I guess it's my brotherly duty to inform you that if you hurt my sister, I will hurt you."
I spoke too soon. The smile Drew gave Grey emphasized that his words weren't a threat, but a promise.
Grey quickly glanced at me then looked back at my brother. "Understood. I just want to say that I really like Cassie and I wouldn't do anything to hurt her." Drew clasped a heavy hand onto Grey's shoulder. It was so forceful that I could've sworn I saw Grey wince a little bit.
"Good to know." At least his smile this time was genuine...at least I think it was. Drew took his attention off of Grey and looked at me. "I came by to see if you wanted to come over later for dinner, but seeing as how you're busy making ou―," Drew said, but I didn't let him finish. "Okay Drew, I get it!
He smirked at me and I wanted nothing more than to wipe that stupid look off his face.
Instead, I gave him the harshest glare I could manage. "I was just saying goodbye to Grey. I'll meet you in my room in a minute."
I swear my words only made his smirk grow even bigger.
"Alright sis whatever you say. Pleasure meeting you Grey." "Yeah, same here." I sat back against the passenger seat, sighing with relief once my brother walked towards my dorm building and went inside.
I looked over at Grey and placed my hand on his arm. "I am so sorry about him." He met my gaze and placed his hand over mine. "No need to apologize. Better I meet him now rather than later, right?"
Sure, although I had no problem with later being the option. I put a smile on my face, then I leaned over and kissed his cheek. "I would've preferred it have been when we weren't making out in your car, but I guess." He laughed at my comment and gave me a quick peck on my lips. "I'll call you later."
I really didn't want to go, but I also didn't want to risk Drew coming back outside to see what was taking me so long. "Okay, bye."
I reluctantly opened the door and climbed out of the passenger seat. After closing the door, I walked up the steps to my dorm building, then I turned around to wave goodbye to Grey.
He waved back, but hadn't pulled out of the parking spot. I realized it was because he was making sure I made it inside safely, so I went inside and watched as he backed out and drove away.

"When exactly, were you planning on telling us that you two were dating?"
Not long after I had opened the door to my room had my brother followed me inside and started inquiring about Grey. I anticipated it, so I couldn't say I was annoyed by it.
