The Mysterious Chocolate Factory

Chapter 13- The Trio Escapes From The Celestial Island

They all were so busy eating that they didn’t noticed that there was a huge serpent {Anaconda} on the tree. They all were so scared that they jumped from the tree. Anushka yelled, “HIDE!!!!!!!” So Anushka climbed a tall coconut tree while Hitanshi hid in a nearby bush. But Ananya was still running looking around for a place to hide. But it was too late!!! The serpent caught her in its tail.
{Ananya thought that her end was near, and started crying in fear; but she forgot that she need not to fear and worry, because her friends will save her in a hurry.}
Hitanshi was worried and started thinking what to do. She said to herself, “If I kept on worrying then surely Ananya will land into great trouble. I have to think of an idea and for that I have to keep calm and observe the situation.” She started thinking. She had to think really quickly and take the action. She was thinking when Anushka shouted from tree, “Hitanshi!!! Look!! The snake is made up of chocolate too! Go ahead and do something to damage it!” Without wasting any minute Hitanshi ran carefully towards the serpent’s tail and when it wasn’t noticing her, she started hitting serpent with some rocks. The serpent was very delicate and it let its tail loose because of the pain it was having caused by the rocks. Ananya was freed. But to their surprise the serpent started chasing them and so they both started running towards the coconut tree on which Anushka was waiting for them. They were running through the bushes so that the snake won’t see them. They started climbing the tree on which Anushka was waiting for them. Soon they were on the top of the tree and were sitting there with Anushka. The tree was so tall that they were easily able to see the whole island from there. They all were hungry so they thought that they would eat the coconuts. But Anushka was sad that even the coconuts were made of chocolate. But she was happy when she took a bite of the coconut because just like real coconuts, this coconut was hollow too and it contained sweet water. The water actually wasn’t thick like the chocolate water of the sea but was just like normal water and was very sweet. So they all were delighted to quench their thirsts after so long. The serpent didn’t tried to climb the tree because the tree had pointy scales. But it was waiting down for them. The 3 girls were afraid because they can’t stay there forever. So they again decided to think of a plan. In the end they decided to give up but suddenly they thought of a plan. The snake was made of chocolate and it can melt in the sunlight and that maybe was the main reason why it was living in this rainforest type of area where there is very less amount of the sunlight. So they decided that they will run towards the shore where there was plenty of sunlight. So the snake will either melt chasing them or will leave them. They quickly climbed down and started running towards the shore. But unfortunately the snake caught Anushka. Hitanshi and Ananya both stopped running and then came back to Anushka. But the snake caught them too. Anushka groaned, “Why did you return for me? Now even you both will have to die with me!!!” Hitanshi told, “How can we leave you?? First of all it’s next to impossible to escape from here. So it will be better to die together rather than dying separately.” Ananya yelled at her, “What do you think? We can never think about leaving you here. You are our friend and that’s what friends are supposed to do- support each other.” But then they three were surprised when the Anaconda started singing,
“I will be your friend in need,
When you’re in need; I’ll be your friend in deed.
I will be your friend today,
And that’s what true friends do always!”
Then suddenly they all said together, “That’s what Mahek always keeps singing!!!” The serpent smiled and let them free. Then it said, “You all are correct!!! No need to be afraid of me.” Ananya asked, “Really” The serpent replied, “Yes!!! And I’m sorry if I may have scared you all but it was my work. In this factory, all the creatures are taught your language. You all are safe. Just remember the song because it is a hint for you all to get out of this factory. I was assigned to give you all this hint by Mahek.” Anushka asked, “Really? Why Mahek didn’t informed us before? Why did she landed us in so much trouble and scared us. What if it may have turned out into a dangerous situation?” The snake said, “Mahek didn’t told you all about this before because she wanted to give you all a surprise. Didn’t you all enjoyed the thrill and suspense? Mahek wanted to make this a tale you all will remember through your life. And don’t worry because she is watching on you all through her invisible cameras. There are hundreds of chocs around hiding and if there is any problem or danger she’ll order them to make it alright and save you all. And she may not even need those chocs because she can control even the smallest to biggest thing in the factory from anywhere she is. But my work isn’t over yet because I have still a thing to tell you all. You must have met Cassandra the whale, right?” Hitanshi said, “Yes!!! How do you know?” The snake told, “Because it is a part of the plan. Now go to the shore and scream ‘CASSANDRA!!!’ and she will come to you all. Go with her and she’ll lead you to the other side of the factory where you will meet your friends.” They thanked it but it said, “It was my duty and my pleasure. And remember the song, that is, stay together whenever you all will land in trouble, help each other and everything will be fine. Because the true adventure haven’t begun yet. There is a lot to see ahead. ADVENTURE AWAITS!!! I won’t be able to come to the shore because I may melt because of the heat. So you all will have to go there alone. I wish you all a safe journey and I hope you all enjoy your time here.” They thanked it and rushed towards the shore. They called the whale who took them to the place where they were supposed to go.  Now that Anushka, Ananya & Hitanshi are safe and sound does this mean that Mahek’s plan isn’t evil? What about Shweta, Kratika & Archita? Are they safe or not? Will the girls ever be able to go back home?
