Lee hands me a coffee before taking a seat across from me.

Lee: Thanks for finally agreeing to come out with me!
Me: Sorry, I've just been busy.
Lee: I understand.

My mind has been in a thousand places lately but today Lee has managed to make me forget about all of that and just laugh all day.

Lee: You okay?
Me: Yeah, why?
Lee: Your eyes are watering.

Shit.

Lee: You can trust me y'know? I give pretty good advice.

I take a deep breath and sigh.

Me: Say you're in a relationship right? And something occurs where you're away for a while so you and your significant other decide to put your relationship on pause..

He nods.

Me: But you promise to tell each other if something happens with someone else, because technically it's not cheating if the relationship is on pause..

He probably thinks I'm a nut job.

Me: You tell the truth and everything you did however your significant other hasn't told you everything, and you find out little by little what happened. Is that a valid reason to be mad?

He ponders for a moment before smiling at me, he shakes his head a bit before chuckling.

Lee: I can understand the frustration. There shouldn't be any hesitation to tell you the truth when the act isn't technically cheating.

I slam my hand on the table scaring the poor boy.

Me: Exactly! It makes me think something terrible happened.
Lee: Can I ask you something? And will you please be honest with me?

I agree, it's hesistant but I do it nonetheless.

Lee: Do you and a member of Monsta-x date?

changkyun's point of view

I watch as Wonho-hyung paces the floor.

Wonho: It's six o'clock where is she?

Jooheon groans before shaking his head.

Jooheon: Probably with her bestfriend Lee, I hate that cherry headed dickhead.
Kihyun: She was laughing with him, like a genuine laugh. Not one of those fake laughs she does when Minhyuk tells a corny joke but a real laugh!

Minhyuk puts his hand on his chest in mock hurt. They begin to bicker and I tune them out. Normally I'd be pissed, but I can't bring myself to be.

I'm more-so pissed off at myself that we made her so upset that she had to run to him for some kind of comfort.

It's different when one of us piss her off so she runs to another member, but when all seven of us hurt her that's a different story. She doesn't have any family or friends to vent to, so it isn't fair to her.

So if venting to that boy is the only thing that'll make her feel somewhat better I guess we'll have to suck it up.

Kihyun: I get being mad at Minhyuk but being mad at all of us?
Me: We all did something.

Wonho scoffs.

Wonho: I didn't do anything that bad.
Me: She doesn't know that, right now she doesn't trust any of us.

The front door opens and we all leap up like abandoned puppies. San walks into the living room, she pauses for a moment as she looks at each one of us.

Santana: What happened during those four years?

happy sunday, my body is so exhausted from this work week plus this snowy weather is yuck.
