changkyun's point of view

I glare at Jooheon as his knee continues to bounce up and down at an abnormal speed.

Me: Would you chill out?
Jooheon: I would love to but San is in there with a psychopath.

A sigh leaves my lips.

Me: She's a bit crazy yes, but it's not like she's a murderer or anything.
Hyungwon: How do we know she's not capable of that? She could have San's body chopped into pieces and scattered across the basement by now.

He drinks his water and I fight the urge to punch him in his chest. Shownu and Wonho immediately begin to fight their way out the van until Jay and RJ stops them.

Lee: I'm sure Santana is fine, she's a smart girl.
Minhyuk: We should've made her wear a wire.
Me: We're not the police. Where the hell would we get a wire from?
Jay: I know a guy.
Jooheon: Of course you do.

Thus begins another argument, the seventh argument in the matter of five minutes.

santana's point of view

Me: You know me?

She nods.

Mae: Well, know of you.
Me: Did you know who I was when I first came in the library?
Mae: No, when I seen you at the starship building I thought nothing of it. Then when you told me your name later down the road it clicked.

I scratch my unkempt hair. I know now isn't the time but geez I really need to plan a weekend to wash and condition.

Me: What do you want from him?
Mae: He's your boyfriend huh?
Me: I think you know that answer.

She scoffs.

Mae: I don't see what he sees in you.

Bitch, I will knock all this shit over.

Me: And I don't see what he saw in you.

Her jaw clenches.

Me: You caught feelings, that's understandable. It's Changkyun, who wouldn't? But why the others?

This isn't in the plan but she pissed me off so fuck it.

Mae: What others?
Me: I don't see no baby running around, isn't that what you told Anthony?

Her eyes widen.

Me: And what about Minhyuk that night at the club? You got him so drunk he couldn't recognize you, which brings me to my next point. You drugged Anthony didn't you?

She raises to her feet. A look of shock and panick paints her face.

Mae: I'm not some obsessed kpop girl.

Kay? But you are though.

Me: None of what you're doing or what you did makes sense in anyway. What have Infinity or Monsta-x ever done to you? You claim to be their fan but you're doing nutjob things!
Mae: It wasn't suppose to go this way!

That's what every super villain who loses in the movie say.

Mae: I'm not going to tell you my sob story because everyone has one. Long story short I don't make much as a librarian, just enough to pay the bills and barely that.

She sighs.

Mae: One night I met Anthony in a club. I had a really rough day so I needed to drink and blow off some steam. We kept stealing glances at each other until I finally spoke up.

She wants to be a y/n so bad.

Mae: One drink lead to three then so on and so forth. I didn't drug him, we ended up having sex and he woke up the next morning with no recollection of what we did. He scrambled out the bed as if I was the black plague, I was so embarrassed.

Her eyes begin to water and I frown.

Mae: I started having symptoms of pregnancy a while after that. So I went to the starship building to tell him. He was shocked but he never once denied the responsibility.

She clears her throat.

Mae: One day I got a visit from the CEO of the company, he came to my doorstep telling me he overheard my conversation with Anthony. He wasn't happy, he offered me a ridiculous amount of money to take my baby and leave.

Her tears begin to fall and for a second I feel bad, only a second.

Mae: I said no, that pissed him off more. He said if I didn't disappear then Anthony's career would. I didn't want that to happen so I told him I would raise the child by myself.

I nod.

Me: Anthony said you texted him for money every week, which he sent. But he never seen the baby.

She nods.

Mae: I started to get real sick, and couldn't afford medical bills. So I asked him for the money but making it seem like it was for the child. I ended up having a miscarriage.

My heart aches for her.

Mae: That was even more money. I had to spend a day or two in the hospital. Soon enough I returned back to what I called normal. I met Changkyun in the library, that was a good day. He was so kind and handsome.

Handsome, yes.. kind, well...

Mae: He told me he was going through a hard time as well and really needed a friend. So did I so we bonded. He always mentioned missing a person but never went into detail, until that night.

Uh oh.

Mae: He called me over and he smelled of pure alcohol. I knew he was upset and vulnerable but I was too selfish to care. I had grown attached to him so when sex was offered I took it.

I bounce my leg up and down, an annoying habit I got from Joohoney.

Mae: When he said your name my heart collapsed, I'm not sure why though. I knew he loved you but I tried so hard to ignore it.

She shakes her head.

Mae: After that day I fell into a depression, it was very hard to pull myself out of.
Me: So what about Minhyuk and all of these leaked pictures?
Mae: Purely for money. You get a decent amount when you sell them to dispatch. I seen Minhyuk in the club and needed to stage a scene. I didn't know he got so drunk to the point he didn't recognize me.

That fool, I shake my head.

Me: What about your family or friends? They couldn't help you with money and living issues?
Mae: My parents died when I was very young. I had to live with my abusive uncle until I ran away at eighteen. I've been struggling ever since.

Shit.
