Grace's POV
I'm mid-sentence, explaining something for the video, when I hear Chester push the door open. Elise comes running in after him, giggling at something.
"Hey babe." He says, then notices the camera. "Sorry."
"It's alright." I answer.
"Hi mommy!" Elise calls, flashing me her widest grin.
"Hi sweetie. You want to come say hello?" I ask her.
Elise nods and skips over to me, climbing onto my lap. She waves to the camera, still grinning cheekily.
"Sorry guys, El and Chester just got home." I say, smiling guiltily.
I can't help it, they both make me so happy, and now I'm ready to share that with everybody.
"Elise, come here, mommy has to finish working." Chester says, coaxing her off my lap.
Elise gives me a hug and kisses my cheek before jumping into her dad's arms. Chester leans down and kisses my forehead, before heading into the backyard.
*a few hours later*
I'm almost done editing, I just have to choose a clip for the end card. I decide to put in the little clip of Elise on my lap, because I can't resist her cuteness. I smile, pressing the publish button, and watching the video slowly begin it's uploading process.
