Entrapta expected anything but this. She expected to be vaporized, thrown in prison, brainwashed, beaten, or all of the above and more. But she didn't expect Hord Prime to greet her with a grin on his face.Imp had safely hidden within Entrapta's hair, keeping out of view. Entrapta kinda wished she could do that right now. Hord Prime didn't speak, he just looked over her with a smile. She was getting some really creepy vibes from this guy until he spoke. Well, no, even when he spoke Entrapta thought he was creepy. "I know you." He slithered, his voice taking on a falsely sweet tone.
Entrapta dared to speak, making eye contact with his uh...main two eyes. "And how do you know me?" She sputtered out, her tone having a bit more attitude than she would have liked. Hord Prime just kept smiling, unfazed. 'How could Hordak be a clone of this guy?' She wondered, trying to keep a straight face as she awaited an answer.
"I've seen you quite a bit in my brother's memories." He chimed as if it was the most normal thing in the world. Well, maybe his world. Worlds. Entrapta's curiosity and interest bubbled up inside her.
How? She wanted to ask. How can you do that? She wanted to know. Oh, and how did you clone yourself? She had to figure it out. How long did it take, why did he start taking other worlds, how did he figure out how to clone, she wanted to know everything. But she couldn't. Cause she was a prisoner now, not a lab partner.
Lab partner. Her lab partner was here somewhere, doing something.
Being evil, probably.Hord Prime took her prolonged silence as a cue to speak. "But you already know my brother, don't you? At least who I'm speaking of. You also seem to have helped him in the past as well. That portal, that was you, wasn't it?" He questioned, in a sweet yet demanding tone. She didn't like his voice.
"Y-yeah. I helped do that." She muttered just loud enough for him to hear. Hord Prime chuckled, circling around her with his hands behind his back. "Don't be so humble. I know you were really the one who built that portal. My brother couldn't do that for as long as he was on this planet, but you? You managed to make one in less than half the time." Was he...complimenting her? She was confused but answered anyway.
"Well, I wouldn't say hallllf the time. It took quite a while to gather all the first one's tech we needed to combine with our world's tech. You see, our world's tech is apparently quite behind everyone else's, but then you have first one's tech, which was put on here by the first ones for-" Entrapta mentally shut a hand over her mouth, keeping quiet. Dangit. She probably said too much.
Hord Prime didn't look angry though, as expected, he just raised an eyebrow. " First one's tech?" He asked, internally intrigued. He knew that with how behind this world was with technology it would have taken much longer to make a portal. But this first one's tech advanced it to a much quicker process. He wanted to see some, see if he knew it.
"Y-yeah. It's uh, tech left on our planet by the first ones." She tried to be minimal, shrugging her shoulders a bit. Hord Prime wouldn't take minimal, though. "Entrapta, right?"
She didn't honestly like how her name sounded in his voice. But she was smart enough to know that she couldn't change that. Not until Adora and everyone found a way to defeat him. They would defeat him. They've always won battles before, this was just more on an...intergalatic scale. Possibly interdimensional.
She wanted to study all of this so bad. But she knew not to test this guy's patience. Hordak was...she knew deep down that she could easily intimidate him with her tech if need be, but Hord Prime... He was on a different level. That's even what Hordak said."Hm, I've noticed that you have quite the way with technology, nevertheless." Hord Prime spoke again, not even waiting for Entrapta to respond after. "That's why I'm not going to hurt you."
Although this was true, Hord Prime was keeping Entrapta alive for a few more reasons then just tech skills. She had shown up a lot in some of his brothers strongest memories, which intrigued him. Why was this girl so important to him? And why did she delay the conditioning process so?
Hord Prime would find out.
But first..."You must be tired. Here, my clones will show you to a room. We will continue talk tomorrow." At the wave of his hand, 4 clones marched over in a synchronized fashion, all stopping when they reached the girl. "Take her to a room." He specified, wanting Entrapta to be comfortable. He wanted her to trust him, even if it would take a bit.
All this time Entrapta's lips seemed to be glued shut, keeping her from saying anything intelligible in response. She just nodded very slightly and followed the clones, trying not to look at them. They looked almost like Hordak. Almost, but not quite.
Entrapta just followed, not even putting up any ruckus. She was being kept alive right now, and getting a room. Now wasn't the time to test her limits here.
But besides that, a small part of her wanted to be here for something else. Even if it hurt her to think about him. She just hadn't seen him in so long..'Hordak... I'm here.'
