(And the winner was... The Hordak route! Enjoy!)
Catra didn't matter. Horde Prime didn't matter. Entrapta... Well okay, Entrapta did matter but Imp could deal with her later. He needed to find Hordak and shriek at him until he gave some sort of answer as to why he made Entrapta cry. Again. The gem thing made her cry too. He definitely had to shriek about that.
Scuttling along in the ventilation system, Imp peeked through every shaft he could in search of his master. There were a lot of guys here that looked like Hordak. They didn't have red eyes or blue hair though and looked nowhere near as grumpy.
Imp saw Clones galore, but in one room he did see Glimmer. She wasn't doing anything interesting, she was just growling at her hands for some reason. Continuing along, Imp watched as he passed more and more empty halls or rooms filled with clones. This was impossible. Maybe he should just turn around and go back to Entrapta. She'd know what to do nex-
"Entrapta..."
Huh. Someone just said Entrapta's name. That's weird. Imp looked at his mouth to see if it somehow did that on its own. Seeing it shut, he blinked in confusion, before turning to where the voice came from. Peeking through the small shaft, he squinted his eyes, straining to see who was there from the abundance of green colors clashing down there. None of them were tasteful greens, though. All lime and tropical-like, mixed with blaring neon green lights. Kinda felt like a lighter version of home.
Anyway, Imp watched closely for any sign of movement, his tail's tip only flicking lightly from side to side in concentration. He was about to move on to another nearby vent when he finally saw something move. Something blue.
But anything here could be blue, and he couldn't see exactly who was there from the tiny slits he was looking through. He needed to test if that blue smudge really was who Imp thought he was. Opening his mouth and putting it near the vent, he let out a recording.
"Hordak!"
Imp shut his mouth as he placed his head right on the vent, listening for a response to his recording of Entrapta. His tail now swished more anxiously, Imp starting to get more nervous as the silence seemed to continue. C'mon Hordak, if you're really here...
"E-Entrapta? Is that...?"
Score. Letting a small smirk appear on his face, Imp stood, raising his foot before kicking the vent shaft. As expected, the vent opening, hanging mid-air by only two hinges. Peeking his head over the now open space, Imp let out a small greeting shriek as he smiled at Hordak. Jumping out from the vent, Imp spread his wings and glided down gracefully to his master, perching just in front of him on the ground. His tail moved happily from side to side as if he was a dog, him taking no notice as to why Hordak was imprisoned.
"...Imp?" Hordak questioned, almost disbelieving this. He wasn't even mad that Imp impersonated Entrapta, he was just shocked he was even here, especially without Horde Prime's noticing. "Is that really you?" Hordak raised his head up a bit to get a better look, squinting his eyes. Imp still smiled, letting out a tiny shriek in confirmation.
"But how did you..." Hordak was about to ask how he got here, but then something hit him. Entrapta. Entrapta was here, and that would be the only person besides him that Imp actually liked enough to hang around. That cheeky little Imp came on the ship with Entrapta!
Hordak widened his eyes at this, his composure straightening. "E-Entrapta, is she-"
Imp predicted this, and already opening his mouth in response. "Imp! You unknowing genius you!" Entrapta's voice hollered excitedly, leaving Imp with a cheeky smirk on his face once he shut his mouth. Hordak growled a bit in annoyance but subdued too much of a scowl. Looking to his restraints, Hordak leaned forward as much as he could without straining his already sore and weak body. "Imp, could you deliver a message? To Entrapta." Hordak spoke semi-quietly, his eyes looking towards the door to the room he was imprisoned in.
