From the start of Fnaf Chica's cupcake was always a bit.... Odd especially when it would disappear after Chica moved. In Fnaf2 Toy Chica carried her cupcake everywhere the only time she didn't have it was when she was in the vent. Withered Chica obviously couldn't hold a cupcake since (no hands). Then when digging in Fnaf 3. Chica's Minigame. It looks like Toy Chica even though the minigames is labeled simply just 'Chica'. But when you play it there's crying cupcakes in it.

Why is there a phantom like cupcake ? It looks exactly like the cupcake Chica carries. It also is the key to unlocking the Chica minigame finding all of these cupcakes.
Fnaf4 the Nightmare Cupcake opens its mouth and even jumpscares. Ucn Toy Chica jumpscares while holding her cupcake.
Fnaf VR why does the cupcake come alive? When repairing Chica the cupcake hops off the plate and frantically runs around trying to avoid being picked up. The cupcake also can jumpscare in VR.
Touching the cupcake triggers it to jumpscare. In Fnaf Ar it's completely moving and opening Its mouth.
