Even though Elizabeth is only 5-6 she seems to be able to talk like a grown person and is able to have the body of one using illusions.
It also can be seen as an adult body for her but remains acting like a child.

She was able to get full control to the school and misguided everyone.
The two may be only little kids but they know how to get their way, and act all sweet and innocent to fool people. Back in Sister Location i'm sure some still see it this way, but when a lot of us considered Circus Baby/Elizabeth to be helping us and that she cares for us. To me it looks like she was just trying to gain our trust and use us as a tool to escape. She even went to pointing fingers at Ballora when the workers started to see something wasn't right or people were starting to see something suspicious going on.
Speaking of Ballora how do we know she isn't possessed by a small kid as well but also speaks and looks like an adult?

If that's the case with Baby and Ballora, that makes them even creepier and deadly than what they already are at this point.
