We were driving singing to some Ed Sheeran, when Louis took a left instead of a right. To get to my house you had to take a right.

"Louis, where are we going?" I asked surprised as he just smiled evilly and kept on driving, without answering my question.

He took a sharp left and slammed on the breaks, parking the car, and jumped out of the car. I was confused at where we were and where he was going, until he was on the right hand side of the car opening the door for me.

"Come on" he whispered as he took my hand helping me out of the car.

"Where are we going?" I asked, but still had no reply but a evil little smirk.

We started walking side by side, down a narrow, gravel road. The tall trees on each side of the road. The darkness of the night was surrounding us, only the stars and the moon, lit our path as we walked to, who knows where Louis was taking us.

We took a small little turn and Louis was dragging me into the little forest of trees. I kept tripping on limbs that were spread all over the ground, but Louis quickly helped me up and we kept walking.

When we finally reached the end of the forest, there was a small little lake with a dock that was made out of tree stumps. I wondered where we were until finally it hit me.

This is where me and Louis always use to come and play around as kids. I could feel his eyes staring at me, as I scanned the little area down, I couldn't believe I forgot this place!

I turned to Louis who was smiling at me his eyes filled with happiness. I gave him a huge hug as he spinned me around "I can't believe I forgot about this place" I whispered in his ear. He put me down and took my hand as we ran down to the little dock together.

When I stepped onto the little dock with him, I instantly got a flashback.

*FLASHBACK*

"Maggie hurry up, we only need one more piece of wood and we have finished it." Louis yelled as he was holding the two pieces together ready to nail the next piece to the other two.

"Oh would you stop being such a demanding monster!" I said dragging a heavy log to him.

We nailed the pieces together and were finally were done with the dock. We stood up feeling accomplished as we hugged each other, jumping up and down. We instantly fell right through the logs, and were surrounded by refreshing lake water.

We swam out from under the dock laughing non-stop until we heard someone coming.

We didn't know who exactly owned the land we came to everyday, but we didn't care, this was our spot. We laid behind the tall grass waiting to get caught, but it was luckily only a little bunny, crossing across the crunchy leaves.

We started laughing again and jumped back into the lake laughing like the crazy children we were.

*END OF FLASHBACK*

We sat down on the edge of the dock, putting our bare feet into the cold water.

"I remember everything we did here, as if it was just yesterday." He told me, putting his arm around me and kissing my hair.

"We had the best of times here" I said laughing.

"We sure did. Remember all the times we would come home to our mothers, with wet clothes, mud all over our skin, and twigs and grass all stuck within our hair?" he said chuckling.

"I sure do" I said, letting out a little laugh. "They would take bottles of soap and sponges and wash us down, only so we could go become more of a mess." I chuckled, as I leaned my head on Louis shoulder.

I remembered everything here, I wish we hadn't grew up and we were still the mischievous, lively children we were years ago.

He pulled me off his shoulder, standing up, and taking my hands to lift me to my feet.

"I miss this. I miss the lake, the fun, the imagination, the trouble, the laughs, the cries..heck I miss you Maggie" he said looking me in the eyes. Although it was dark around us I could see his bright blue eyes staring into mine perfectly.

"I miss all this too. I wish we were still those little kids we use to be. The ones who didn't care what other people thought, the ones that never fought but over silly little things, like who beat who with the biggest splashes. I miss you" I said.

And before I knew it he was leaning in and so was I. What was I doing?! I had a boyfriend! I guess I was just stuck in the moment with all the memories, that my mind was all on Louis.

Our lips brushed against each others until finally he pushed his lips against mine completely. He brought me closer as I wrapped my arms around his neck, kissing him deeply. I could feel his smile against my lips.

Before I knew it he picked me up, his lips still on mine, and spun me around. And that's when I felt it, that memory from years ago, it was happening again. As we were kissing we fell right through the log dock, just like old times. We laughed as we remember perfectly, the fist time we fell through that dock.

"Looks like some things don't change" I said laughing as he pressed his lips against mine again.
