ANNA WELLS lost her mother when she
was nine and didn't get the chance to
properly meet her father before he left her
mother when Anna was only four years
old. After the death of her mother, Anna
was taken in by her uncle Harrison Wells,
the creator of S.T.A.R Labs in Central
City.

Harrison gave his niece everything she
could ever want—private school, all the toys
she could ask for, a big bedroom to herself,
a car once she got her license at 16—and
he would never ask for anything in return.

Anna was a normal, quiet girl.
She worked at Jitters with her two best
friends, Shannon and Emily, and lived
in an apartment that her uncle had found
for her with a view of S.T.A.R Labs. She had
always planned a normal life full of normal
things, but it quickly took a turn.

Anna's dream of having a normal life in
Central City after everything that had happened
to her in the past, were halted when she was
struck by lightning from the particle accelerator
and ended up in a coma next to Barry Allen.

Upon her return back to the world, she
discovered she was blessed with unimaginable powers that made her the fastest woman alive.
