it's as if the three men have never heard a phone ring. all of them blankly staring at sammys pocket as the device continued to buzz. once the buzzing stopped they all looked at each other and knew if it rang again they needed to pick it up.

athena was losing her mind, she even gave zeus a bath to distract her from the fact that sammy hasn't picked up her calls or returned her texts. athena started to regret never getting any of the guys numbers and debated if she should go to oscars and see if possible sammy is there. but she knew the dangers of showing up to a gang house unannounced. and there athena sat waiting for the light of her life to walk through the door.

ruby was shocked at cesar's face as he rushed the words out of his mouth. the look of complete heartbreak and fear. ruby didn't even know what to do or how to react to what he was saying. he quickly pulled him into his room to try and calm down his poor best friend.

exactly two minutes have passed. 120 seconds that seemed like an eternity. 120 seconds and none of the men had said a word. finally oscar wiped his face and spoke up " we need to take him to the hospital, now." jose and benito looked shocked, they know damn well to show up to the hospital with a half dead body. " think about the baby foo " it's like as soon as those words left his mouth the two other men instantly agreed and started to think of ways to pick sammy up without hurting him more than he already was. benito wanted to point out that sammy could be dead. that they would be wasting their time and blowing the low profile they were keeping to save a life. but he knew matias needed sammy and athena needed him.

athena grew impatient and decided to call sammy again. to her surprise the phone only rang twice. but she never thought sammys voice wouldn't be the one to pick up the phone. " athena they shot sammy but I promise you that we're taking care of him" as those words left whoever's mouth is was her began to panic and she could feel herself slipping into a panic attack. "w-what? you better not fucking take him to the hospital and not the fucking trap house, do you understand me!" athena said over the phone and she began to get up and change her clothes. "don't worry we're working on it, take car of el cabezon." with that the call ended.
the three men looked at each other and figured the best thing they could do it take sammy back to oscars house and let athena know. the three of them quickly picked him up, being extremely careful. they started to panic knowing they could be potentially cause more damage than the bullets did. a few moments passed and they were now only two houses down from oscars. jose could feel the panic and fear in him. he kept playing in his head what would happen if someone else pulled up on them. but he knew that he would die trying to get a father back to his family. benito was trying not to cry, given that he was the most emotional out of all of them. the images of sammy falling to the floor, the sound of the bullets flying through the empty neighborhood replayed in his head. oscar didn't even know how to feel, he couldn't wrap his head around how he feels worse about this boy he just met over the handful of loyal men that have been with him since he started running the santos.
jose was the one to break the silence "we need to call athena" he said in a soft tone. as on queue his phone ran again, it had only been about five minutes rom the last call. oscar decided that he should answer the phone. "please tell me where he is" athena said in a shaky voice. oscars heart hurt " he's at my house, but he's not looking so good" he let his sentence trail out and it was a little hard to catch the last few words. "make sure you lay him flat on your table or anywhere, and tell me where the bullets are located, i'm on my way as we speak" oscar quickly tried his best to tell her everything he could and with that the call ended and the three men waited anxiously for the beautiful woman to walk through the front door.
