Ch. 25

Liam POV
I carry Avyanna to my car and Abby is with me.

Liam: Abby, call her best friend.
Abby: Yes.

Abby calls her and tells her about Avyanna.
We arrive at the hospital. The nurses take Avyanna. We are taken to the waiting room.

Alyssa POV
After getting the call about Avyanna, I immediately leave my office and head over there. As I'm leaving the building, Dominic walks in.

Dominic: Alyssa, why you rushing?
Alyssa: Thank God you here. Anna is in the hospital.
Dominic: What?!
Alyssa: Come on let's go.

We leave out and head to the hospital.

Dominic: What happened?
Alyssa: I don't know. I got a call from someone who called me through Anna's phone and told me that Anna's in the hospital.
Dominic: I hope she's okay.

We arrive to the hospital and we see Liam and some lady with him. Then I remember Dominic can't stand Liam.

Dominic POV
I see Liam and I immediately get furious.

Dominic: You son of a bitch! What did you do to my wife!

Alyssa holds me back.

Alyssa: Dom stop it!
Dominic: No! I need to know! You know the consequences for messing with my wife!
Liam: I didn't do anything Dom. I swear.
Dominic: I don't believe you.
Alyssa: Liam what happened?
Liam: Avyanna and I were talking and she began to feel weak and practical passed out. I'm telling you the truth. I wouldn't hurt her again.
Dominic: You damn sure wouldn't.
Abby: He's telling the truth. I was there the entire time.
Dominic: I don't know now. All I'm worried about is my wife.

The doctor walks in.

Dr. Sanders: Hi, who here is Avyanna's husband?
Dominic: I am. I'm Dominic.
Dr. Sanders: Hi Dominic. I'm Dr. Sanders.
Dominic: How is she?
Dr. Sanders: She's doing fine. She was feeling nauseous and she passed out from dizziness.
Alyssa: Oh I didn't know she was that sick.
Dominic: She told me last night she wasn't feeling well. Can I see her?
Dr. Sanders: Of course, follow me. She's wide awake.

I go to her room and I'm so happy to see her. I immediately hug her.

Dominic: Oh Anna. I'm glad you are okay.
Avyanna: Me too. How did you find out I was here?
Dominic: Alyssa told me and then I find out Liam brought you here.
Avyanna: He did?
Dominic: Yes. Why was he near you?
Avyanna: Baby, I found out that he's been trying for months to find a way to contact me to apologize for everything he did.

My mouth hits the floor.

Dominic: He did what?
Avyanna: He wanted to apologize to me for everything he did and he prove to me he's changed.
Dominic: Really?
Avyanna: Yeah. So I went to talk to him and we resolved everything.
Dominic: He didn't hurt you?
Avyanna: Nope. He definitely changed and I accepted his apology.

I feel bad for cursing him out.

Dominic: Wow. I feel bad for curing him out.
Avyanna: Now Dom, you know better.
Dominic: I know. I know. I'm sorry.
Avyanna: You should apologize to Liam too.
Dominic: I know. I was just so worried he did something to you.
Avyanna: He can't babe because I have you and....

Avyanna POV
I take his hand for him to touch my stomach.

Dominic: What is it?

I smile at him and have him rub my stomach. His eyes widen and realizing what I'm talking about.

Dominic: Are you pregnant?
Avyanna: Yes. We are having a baby.

He hugs me and kisses me.

Dominic: My baby is having my baby.

Alyssa comes in and we tell her the news and she's super excited.

Avyanna: Where's Liam?
Alyssa: He's still in the waiting room last I checked.
Avyanna: Go get him.

Alyssa goes and gets him. He comes in along with his maid.

Liam: Hey, are you okay?
Avyanna: I'm perfectly fine.
Liam: Look I'm sorry for all this trouble that I've created. I promise you won't hear from me again and I have to respect your wishes on your family's behalf.
Dominic: Liam, I'm sorry for lashing out at you about Anna.
Liam: It's okay. I deserved it.
Dominic: No man. Anna explained it to me. I appreciate you being the bigger man and apologizing.

They both shake hands. That makes me happy.

Liam: Thank you. So what was wrong with Avyanna?
Avyanna: Oh turns out I'm pregnant.
Liam: Really? Wow. Congratulations!!
Avyanna: Thank you.

Liam leaves with the girl he cane with.
Then, the doctor comes in and does an ultrasound. Turns out I'm 8 weeks along. We see our baby for the first time. We are so overjoyed. We then call our families and tell them the news. They are so excited about us being pregnant.
A couple of hours later, I was discharged from the hospital. Dominic and I went to our hotel and stayed in. We are both lying in the bed and Dominic is talking to my belly.

Avyanna: Hahaha. You love talking to the baby.
Dominic: Haha. Who wouldn't? I just can't believe that we are gonna be parents.
Avyanna: I know.
Dominic: I love you.
Avyanna: I love you.

We kiss and Dominic goes to my belly.

Dominic: And I love you Baby Newton.

We kiss and go to bed. I can't believe that I'm pregnant. Me. We are having a baby.
