Chapter 13: It's all about understanding

It was 1 am and Noor couldn't sleep . She was pacing back and forth in her room. All she could think about was her sister . She really found Zoya's behaviour strange. After Aditya went from her home , she wanted to speak to Zoya but Zoya didn't turn up instead she said she was tired and would talk tomorrow. Never in her life she saw Zoya's confidence loosing up. That boldness was no longer present on her face . Aditya's presence made her a different person. Noor became worried thinking about it . Has anything serious happened that her Appi is not wanting to tell her ? The way Aditya was looking at Zoya wasn't normal . He had his eyes fixated on Zoya even when he was talking to Noor.

"Something has definetly happened ... and it's definetly related to Aditya . Why am I getting so much tensed ?" . Her inner feeling didn't give her a good sign. She decided to let all her anxiousness out over call with Arjun. She decided to call him.

"Hello." Arjun picked his phone still in his dreamy land .

"Arjun. I want to talk to you about something.."
Noor said immediately.

"Yeah tell me ." Arjun said yawning.

Noor realised he was really sleepy . She checked the clock . It was really late . She thought it's better not to disturb him and thought of telling him tomorrow. She usually doesn't think for a second before disturbing him but he was really tired today . He helped her in dealing with one of the famous clothing brands and finishing some court formalities .

"Nothing... I'll call tomorrow. Good night sweetheart." Noor said in a low tone. Arjun sits up after hearing her dull voice . He could sense something was wrong . He promised to be with her whenever she's in trouble . He can't afford to loose her at any cost.

"Noor. What's the matter ?"  Arjun asks with concern.

"Arjun, it's alright. Nothing to worry. I'll call tomorrow . You slee..." She was cut .

"Noor ." Arjun said knowing her very well.

Noor sighed.

"I don't know what's happening Arjun. I'm worried." Noor said sitting on bed .

"I'm listening . Say it all." Arjun said

"It's about Appi... and Aditya bhaiya."

Arjun now listened intently after listening to Aditya's name . Noor started to explain him the whole story.

"There are people who go through the same phase Zoya , Khud ko sambhal lo. Agar nahi smbhal payi toh tabaahi mach jaayegi..."   

The words kept ringing in her head again and again . She completely understood the level of intensity his words held. She knew one thing that Aditya knew about her feeling something at that moment. Somewhere she started thinking ... was Aditya going through the situation like her? That's why he said those words. She didn't want her thoughts to match with reality. Aditya was Pooja's and she has no rights to think all this nonsense about him. Aditya and she was getting really close and she doesn't want this to continue. Though she considered him as a friend but it seemed nothing like friendship. Things were going beyond it .

They weren't physically close but their eyes did the talking. It was hard for Zoya to sleep but later sleep dipped in her and she went into deep slumber.

It was a bright morning and everything seemed calm in Hooda house. But it wasn't really calm as it's supposed to be . Several minds were disturbed .
