Chapter 24: Invitation

Hooda mansion:

"Victor! Victor !" Anjana came downstairs smiling. Harshwardhan was reading newspaper having his morning tea. He looked up to his beautiful wife making her way towards hall.

"Someone seems really happy today." Harshwardhan said adoring his wife. Anjana gave a heart warming smile and walked towards him.

"Just simply! I feel happy today harsh. So I've decided to make kheer for my lovely sons. It's their favourite."  Anjana said sitting beside him.

"Sometimes pour some love for your lovely husband ."  Harshwardhan said smiling.

"That's always there my dear husband." Anjana said blushing slightly .

"Ahem". Aditya cleared his throat breaking their moment . He came and sat stuffing himself between them.

"How romantic Mr. and Mrs. Hooda." Aditya said making them laugh.

"Acha ... ab Humari class lega" Harshwardhan said holding his cheeks .

The trio had great time laughing and giggling around. In between their talks Aditya thought about something. Pooja. His laughter died.

"Maa, Paa I'll just make a call and join you."  His parents lovingly nodded. Aditya went to his room and locked the door .

He decided to tell Pooja everything. He wanted to put an end to their relationship. But wait, shouldn't he talk to Zoya about it first. After all she deserves to know what step he is to take . Taking an action without Zoya won't do any good. Just as he was about to call Zoya his phone rang. Seeing the caller id he picked the call quickly.

"Hi Pooja" Aditya said feeling uneasy.

"Hi baby... what were you doing? You know I missed you so much." Pooja said lovingly. Aditya closed his eyes feeling the pain.

"Umm... I was just taking a day off." Aditya said .

"Oh baby that's really good!! Happy Valentine's Day my love . Love you sooooo much." Pooja said with excitement . Aditya had completely forgot about it . Now he feels even more guilty. But he's helpless at the same time. Pooja marked her presence in his life but Zoya marked her presence in his soul.

"Pooja I ..." Aditya's words got cut.

"Oh I know you love me too. Okay listen na ... I was actually thinking if we could go for a party tonight ." Pooja said . Aditya sighed and sat on his bed. That's not going to happen. He has to stop this and this will only stop after he tells Pooja everything.

Before he could say anything Pooja said "I fought with Rehaan last night. You know that duffer was not agreeing to come with Zoya to join us for tonight's party." Aditya listened her words .

"Maybe that idiot wants to spend some quality time with Zoya alone  . How mean! I don't think they'll make it." Aditya clenched his fists listening to her . How can Zoya spend this special night with that guy. Though she has not accepted her love for him but he won't let Rehaan have any privacy with her . He won't let that happen. Just then an idea crossed his mind.
