Chapter 14: Tussels

It was evening and Aditya came home at 8pm . He felt at peace today. Reason? Zoya Siddiqui. He was not only drawn towards her beauty but also her nature. She understands a relationship deeply. Somewhere he got emotional that there's someone he understands but he never thought that it would be Pooja's own friend who will support him and understand his side without he even speaking about it .

He got down from car going inside his mansion. Another car halted just by then . Aditya turned to look at it . It was his father . Aditya rolled his eyes. Harshwardhan saw him . He always tried his best to win his son's heart but it all goes in vain. Aditya was not ready to accept him ever in his life . He considers himself a misfortune to have such a father .

"Adi ?"  He heard his father's voice from behind.

"Mr. Hooda I don't have time to listen to your fake concern and formal talks." Aditya said climbing stairs heading towards the main door .

"Adi beta I just wanted to..."  harshwardhan tried to make him understand but was soon cut by his son.

"What did you say? Beta?" Aditya turned to him. He faked a smiled and continued "yeh shabd na hi bole toh behtar hoga Mr. Hooda . Beta bolne ka haq kho chuke hain aap. Therefore I request you not to come in my way ."  Aditya said . Harshwardhan couldn't help but look down . This scene was seen by Anjana . She felt bad . She always wished that her husband and son reunite so that they all could live happily but it all goes opposite. She has faith that one day he will realise and will accept his father wholeheartedly .
Aditya started to proceed towards his room.

"Adi, get fresh soon. We'll all have dinner together ." Anjana tried to lighten the atmosphere.

"Maa im not in a mood to eat now . Will eat when I  feel like." Taking a look at his father he went inside his room.

Harshwardhan's face was filled with sorrow . Anjana too felt bad. She went to him and kept hands on his shoulder assuring him that everything will get fine .

"I don't understand Anjana. I try every possible thing to wins his heart." Harshwardhan said.
"What should I do to get my cheeku back."

"Have faith harsh. One day he will definetly come to you and accept you wholeheartedly."

Harshwardhan nodded and went upstairs. Anjana looked at her god idol. "Please fill this home with brightness. I can't watch this go for long." Saying this she went to her room.

Next morning

Anjana was setting the breakfast table. Aditya came towards hall. At the same time Arjun came downstairs. They looked at each other for a while. Aditya looked down and went to have breakfast. Arjun smiled . "Let me see till how long this goes bhai .." he said to himself knowing that one day Aditya will definetly admit that he has some sort of attraction towards Zoya.

Everyone sat to have breakfast . Aditya wanted to escape the situation as he didn't want to face his brother again. He stuffed bananas in his mouth. Anjana chuckled at his cuteness .

"Adi, easy beta . These are not going anywhere" Anjana said pointing at the bananas.

"Bhai wants to escape Maa." Arjun said making Aditya choke. Anjana looked at him confused not before patting his back.
"Adi I told you . Stop acting like a child. And why does your brother wants to escape Arjun?" Anjana asked .

"Why don't you ask bhai Maa ?" Aditya looked at Arjun. He really wanted to run away. Today Arjun was acting like a big brother .

"Oh okay! I'll tell you Maa as I can see bhai is not in a position to speak." Arjun said . Anjana listened to him. Aditya was going to have a mini attack today but Arjun's next words brought him some relief .
