Todoroki POV

It had been a whole two years since we had finished school. Insane right... me and Kat had started our own agency and were pretty successful. In less than two years we had risen from newbie agency all the way to number 3 agency. Best part was that the current heroes were our friends, Uravity, Creati, Froppy, Earphone Jack, Cellophane, Pinky, Chargebolt and Red Riot.

It was actually really cool to work with them all. Our admin team only worked Monday to Friday so it was just us heroes. "Happy Saturday bros!" Eijirou greeted us all. "Wheres bakubro?" He added noticing Kat wasnt there. I finished my tea "anger management" I stated before going out for a patrol.

I walked through the streets saying hello and having photos when asked. I always got anxious at this side of being a hero but it was worth it knowing I was also helping people and making them feel safe. I went to take lunch break and meet Kat as he got out of anger management.

As I was waiting an older lady walked over to me. She complained about the new generation of heroes "and why do you feel the need to stand out in public so much? Why would you dye your hair like that? Why would you get such an ugly tattoo on your face?" That last one took me by surprise. Did she really think my scar was a tattoo? I had started shaking a little but hadn't realised it.

"I don't have to explain anything to you but my hair is natural and this" I pointed to my scar "this was a traumatic experience that happened in my childhood. Thanks for bringing that up by the way" as I ranted at her she looked more and more like she regretted judging me the way she had. "Besides if you think I'm only after attention why would you give it to me? Isnt that exactly what you think I want. It's not by the way I was happy just being left alone" I finished ranting.

"I was just trying to help you" she said as she got extremely close to me. I panicked a little "please get out of my face or you will need help" it came out way more threatening than I had meant. I had only meant that if I had a panic attack while she was that close to me she would have either been burnt or frozen. Before she could say anything back to me Kat came out. I still wanted this woman to get out of my face so without thinking I started talking about the one person who pissed Kat off most, Midoryia.

"Who's Midoryia?" She asked. "He was one of the top three at UA a couple years ago along with me and Bakugou" at the mention of his name Kat joined us. "What the hell are you two talking about?" He asked. "The lady here was just asking about Midoryia..." before I could finish my sentence Kat started yelling.

"WHAT DO YOU WANNA KNOW ABOUT THAT LOSER FOR? DAMN IDIOT COULDN'T EVEN PASS OUR LAST YEAR AT SCHOOL TO BECOME A PRO HERO!" He yelled for a while before the police showed up. They moved the lady who had somehow got even closer to me and they could see I was visibly uncomfortable. "So this maniac gets to shout and a poor old lady and I'm the one being moved?"

As she got away from me I stopped the intense shaking that I hadn't realised I was doing. Kat gave me a little hug "you okay candy cane? You're really cold" I also hadn't realised that my body temperature had gotten really low and part of the shaking was from being cold. He wrapped his hoodie around me in attempt to warm me back up. "Thanks Kat but I got this" I went to warm myself up when we heard someone screaming.

We ran to where the scream had come from to see the same lady on the ground. In front of her was a man, he had his back to us so I couldn't see his face and his hood was up anyway. "Leave her alone!" I called. The man started to turn round giving the lady chance to get up and run past us away from danger.

Kat went to make sure she was okay and I was about to face... "Midoryia?" I froze in place. How had someone like him fallen so low? Was he the new member of the league of villains they had teased us about for so long? He smirked at me "oh no, I've been caught" he said sarcastically smirking at me.

Before I even had chance to think he jumped and left. I couldn't stop him. Just after he had left my sight Kat came back "hey, what happened? Who was that? Did they do something to you?" I still couldn't believe what I had just seen. And it wasn't until Kat had spoken to me that I had realised my left side was on fire.

I extinguished the flames and wiped an unfallen tear from my face. "I... I can't believe it... Kat... Midoryia" my eyes were still wide and now so were Kat's. He understood what I had meant. "Wait, that was Deku?" He growled  "what did he say to you?"

"Nothing really... it... it was like he was announcing himself" I paused "I think he might be the new member the league were talking about... oh crap I forgot to check in" I grabbed my phone from my pocket and called in.
