Bakugo POV

It had been three years since we started looking for Shoto. A lot of people had given up hoping we would find him especially since he had parted ways with Deku. Nobody knew why he suddenly left but I wasn't giving up. I needed to find him. It was just me Touya, Eijiro, Mina and Denki looking for Shoto now. Even his parents had given up hope.

"Where else could he have gone? Any ideas?" The five of us talked about possible places he could be but we were quickly running out of ideas for where he could be hiding. We all got into our hero suits and went to look in the last place we could think of. "Is that a new Jacket Touya?" Mina asked. Of course she would notice that.

"Yeah the last one didn't turn out to be as fireproof as it claimed to be" he laughed back at her as we walked. Of course when we finally arrived and found someone it wasn't who we had expected. Instead of finding Shoto we found Deku, Toga, Shigaraki and Twice. The only remaining members of the league of villains. Toga went straight for Touya, Twice aimed for  Eijiro and Mina and Shigaraki went for Denki.

I didn't give anyone chance to come after me and went straight for Deku. I knew the others would be fine so I concentrated all my energy on Deku. It was as he teleported behind me that I remembered he had acquired a few new quirks and I had no idea what they were. Charging straight at him had been a terrible idea.

Obviously teleportation was one of them which was going to make fighting him just that much harder. Unfortunately for me he had gained some pretty strong quirks and when everyone else had won their fight they came to help me. Usually I wouldn't have let them help but I was already in bad shape.

Chargebolt sent out a disk followed by some electric shocking Deku so I could get away. Pinky used her acid to stop Deku from instantly following me and Red Riot acted as a shield for me so I could catch my breath. Blue Phoenix blocked Deku's view of me just to make things a little easier.

I felt a little dizzy and when I looked down I noticed blood. Everyone was fighting but I couldn't see who's blood it was and that's when it occured to me. It was my blood.

Oh, when did that happen? How did that happen? That's a lot of blood I guess Deku really is trying to kill me now. I stumbled out of the room to be out of the way while I attempted to stop my excessive bleeding. Footsteps could be heard but my vision was blurry so I couldn't make out who it was walking towards me.

All I knew was that I wasn't going to allow myself to die before I found and saved Shoto. My head was pounding but I still managed to get up "get away from me" I held my head in one hand and kept pressure on my wound with the other. My blurry vision wasn't helped by the fact that it was dark, I couldn't see anything anymore.

Whoever it was kept coming closer to me and I had backed into a wall. I was cornered and they were getting closer to me. I had to assume they weren't trying to hurt me because if that's what they were trying to do they would have done it already. "Ei? Is that you? Dammit my head hurts" I held onto my head again "what the fuck did he do to me?" Aside from the obvious stabbing I couldn't figure out what had happened.

Without saying anything they pulled me into a hug. It felt warm and comforting, something I hadn't felt for a long time. They moved my hand putting pressure on my wound and silently treated it themselves. "I can't see, who is it?"

"I'm sorry" at those two words I broke.

Sorry it took so long for the update... this story is coming to an end now probably only a couple more chapters to go! Might do another todobaku fanfic but I'm gonna need ideas for story titles... thank you for reading
