Chapter 3~ School day part 2

He was holding me. I was in Mattia's arms.

I might just faint omg.
Then he whispered into my ear.

"act like I'm just hugging you , act natural ok?" Mattia whispered into my ear.

I silently nodded and wrapped my arms around him so people just thought I was hugging him. I wanted to stay in his arms forever. But yanno the moment had to look normal ugh.
I pulled away and said "thankyou for helping me I really appreciate it" so the people around us wouldn't think we just randomly hugged for no reason at all. But he did technically help me not embarrass myself on my first day. He nodded his head and carried on walking. I looked around me and aload of people had their phones out. I think they were recording us.

What if people know who I am? And then post it everywhere and everyone thinks me and mattia are dating. Well, it wouldn't be such a bad rumour I suppose....
I went and put my stuff in my locker as I said I would and went to meet up with Ida in the cafeteria.

"hey why'd you take so long?" She asked whilst picking apart her sandwich and proceeding to put the parts in her mouth to eat.

"I kinda knocked into someone called mattia and he helped me by making sure nobody thought I actually fell. It was so embarrassing though." I said and let out a breath at the end.

"wait , you mean Mattia Polibio?" She asked with wide eyes like I'd just told her I was a vampire and Stefan Salvatore turned me.

"uhh yeah" I said confused completely ignoring the fact he was tiktok famous just like me but Ida didn't treat me like a famous person so I was a tad bit confused.

"wait , how did he make sure nobody saw you fall?" She asked looking even more confused than I was.

I simply replied to her saying "he pulled me into a hug and whispered to just go along with it so nobody knew how clumsy I was."

"ok so lets make sure I'm hearing this right..."Ida paused for a second before her face when ecstatic.

Ok so I didn't know she was like maybe a fan of mattia I mean who isn't have you SEEN him?!

"YOU BUMPED INTO MATTIA AND HE HELD YOU SO YOU WOULDN'T BE EMBARRASSED?!" She shouted in disbelief.

"omg that's honestly so cute uwu" she said with a dreamy look in her eyes as she lay her head in her palm and looked at nothing but her eyes remained focused on the...ceiling? I wasn't sure. It was hard for me to not turn around and try to see what she was looking at.

But then I couldn't help but blush.... what? he IS cute.

"I know I couldn't believe it myself but if the people who support me find out about this and start rumours all over tik-"

I just told her I have 'supporters' I don't like calling them 'fans' because that word just makes people's ego rise too high and I dont wanna do that.
