Chapter 15- Bro you're whipped.

Alejandro and Kairi were sleeping over at my house the night of the party. They both wondered where I went because they couldn't find me , so I told them what happened because I'm sure Emery would've told Ida and Lily because I know Ida and I just know she would've gotten the information out of her somehow. Kairi and Alejandro but sat there with big grins on their faces.

"no cap?" alejandro asked in shock.

"no cap" I lifted my hands up to insist I wasn't lying at all. Kairi and Alejandro both looked at each other , their grins growing wider by the second. "you made out with Emery?!" Kairi finally spoke up. "I mean that's what I just said" I snickered because he literally summed up what I'd just said. Alejandro then looked at me confused and said "so are you guys like together now or what?"

I shook my head and replied , " not yet , but I want to be with her" I blushed at the thought.

"Bro , you're whipped" Alejandro snickered.

Kairi just stayed Quiet

Alejandro looked puzzled. I think I did aswell , Kairi was looking down at his hands and slowly said "I think I am too" it was barely audible but he was loud enough for me to hear.

Alejandro then sat on the bed playfully and said excitedly "spill" , is it just me or has Ida taken over his body. "Ok well I kissed Lily" he said , whilst smiling to himself , ok but that's cute.

he then turned his head up quick and said "but I'm not saying any more than that." Me and Alejandro both laughed and the night just went on from there until we were all dead asleep.

Ok so it's now monday. yesterday me Ida and Lily woke up and me and Ida had banging headaches , but obviously Lily didn't , lucky. We watched movies all day and did facemasks and basically just girly things I guess. That night once Ida and Lily had gone home Me and Mattia ended up facetiming , for literal hours. He ended up falling asleep on facetime and I could still see his face. He was asleep but he had a cute little smile on his face whilst he slept , he looked so peaceful. I ended up going to sleep shortly after , we both woke up to our alarms going off at the same time , both laughed because we realised we both fell asleep on facetime to eachother. Then we ended the facetime call to get ready. I put on my music to get ready because who doesn't get ready without music? I put on a small grey champion hoodie that fit me perfectly and I paired it with some dark blue jeans , brushed and straightened my hair , did very subtle makeup. Gathered my homework that I completed Saturday morning and got everything ready in my school bag , I made a couple tiktoks , I hadn't been on social media in the past few days , I mean I still didn't check anything , I just posted some tiktok's because , I'll admit it , I'm addicted.

I picked up both Ida and Lily , we sang along to my playlist like we usually do. Then here's the weird part of the morning....

We went into the parking lot , got out of my car...

Everyone was staring at me , I wasn't walking with Mattia this time so why was everyone so intrigued with me being here , I saw Jenna laughing as she looked towards me , she gave me a dirty look and said "clout chaser" she wanted to start this with me again?

But what did she mean by that?
I brushed it off I mean c'mon, it's only Jenna.

I honestly didn't know what the hell she was talking about so I ignored it whilst Ida gave Jenna a glare of her own , if looks could kill....
I then saw Mattia and his group of friends , I turned around and wiggled my eyebrows at Lily because I could see Kairi , she blushed so I snickered to myself , the only reason I wasn't blushing was because I was comfortable around Mattia , like I'd stayed over at his house and he's stayed over at mine. We-we kissed and.....

Ok that's a big deal.

But I am going to pretend that it isn't. I don't want him to feel uncomfortable. When we finally got to where they were standing Mattia turned round and his eyes lit up at the sight of me , he gave me a hug and then slung his arm around my shoulders.

What was he doing? We're not together.
But am I going to protest?
hah nope.

I just smiled up at him and we walked into the hallway with our friends , I spotted Kairi and Lily holding hands , but they were doing it so subtly trying to make sure nobody could see. But I did. So jokes on you.

Turns out I wasn't the only one who saw because Ida was making a deal out of it with her 'awhhhhhh' and her 'ooooOoooo' but weirdly Alejandro did the exact same thing. Ok that's weird. Had Ida brainwashed him? I'm just being stupid.
Anyways , I looked up to Mattia and finally noticed what he was wearing. A grey champion hoodie with dark blue jeans. Are you kidding me?! we probably look so stupid because we're matching. "Uhm Mattia" he looked down and smiled at me "yeah?" He looked down at me waiting for an reply with that cute smile on his face. "Uhm dont know if you had noticed but, we're matching". He looked down and realised I was right , we hadn't even noticed. How didn't we notice?

well nobody even batted an eyelid , accept Jenna , she really didn't take my warning did she. Sucks for her. I just smirked at her and walked away. It's lunch now , we're sat on our table in our usual seats. But I noticed Ida talking a lot more with Alejandro than anyone else. A week ago she hated them. Now she's so engaged into a conversation with Alejandro and he looks the same. They're not even having an interesting conversation either because I can hear it. They're acting so strange. I mean Ida isn't acting strange but she's just.....abit.....different? It's not a bad thing I just wanna know what's happened because she's not throwing sassy insults at people. Obviously she's not serious when she does it. But it's just ....weird that she isn't I guess.
Ida then turns to everyone and says "ooo everyone I almost forgot , my cousin holly is coming here from Florida! Her parents are finally moving back here so I told her I'd ask you lot if she could sit with us so she's not alone or anything". For a few moments after all you could hear was 'yeah sure' coming from everyone. Not at the same time. That would be creepy.

it was the end of the day , we all said goodbye to eachother and me Ida and Lily walked over to my car and got in. This was the perfect chance to ask.
"Hey um Ida , what's up with you and Alejandro?" I asked with a smirk plastered onto my face. Her eyes widened. "What?um...um..n-nothing , why? Has someone said something? Nothings happening with me and Alejandro why would you even ask that question" she let out a nervous laugh afterwards, me and Lily just looked at her funny. "Can we just DRIVE please , I've had enough of this school for one day" she let out a huff and with that I drove out of the school parking lot.

Once I got home I dropped my bag on the floor and took my shoes off and let out a big huff. I walked through the hall to the living room and.....

"Dad?!"
He was sitting there with his normal everyday clothes on , he was hardly ever home because he was constantly on business trips. We moved to New Jersey so we could see him more , I think I've already mentioned this. I ran over to my dad and gave him a big hug because it was rare that I saw him and when I did I embraced every single moment. My mum sat there with a smile on her face at my reaction. We sat and talked for ages and ages until I remembered I have homework. I took everything upstairs to my room and FaceTimed Mattia so we could do our homework together. I told him about all the weird stuff with Alejandro and Ida and he told me he'd ask Alejandro about it and see his reaction to it aswell. We finished off our homework and just carried on talking for hours and hours.
My dad then came into the room and saw me talking to Mattia.
His posture stiffened.
