*BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP* I let out a loud groan at the sound of the alarm. "Do you want to kill me because if that's the case your doing a very good job at it!" I shouted towards my alarm, trying to press the one button that stops the alarm but failing because we're doing this with our eyes closed refusing to open them and let the light in. I groaned again in annoyance. The first day back at school. The first day of school of 2020. Makes me want to fall asleep all over again thinking about it jeez. Could school get anymore boring?
I finally opened my eyes and shut my alarm off, forcing myself to unwrap myself from the cocoon of blankets I was in. Internally screaming at myself from leaving the warmth. Ugh Monday's don't mix with me.
I stretched my now freezing body and ran into the bathroom to jump into the warmth of the hot water in my shower. I quickly washed my hair with my new favourite shampoo that smelt of strawberries and my favourite vanilla body wash. The scent made me feel like I was in heaven. I quickly got out afterwards and dried myself off , expertly wrapping my hair in a towel. I've got to say that when you have long hair , you can basically perfect wrapping your hair up. Not with a hair tie but with a towel. Easy peasy.
I walked to my wardrobe to find an outfit for the day. Last night me and the girls didn't FaceTime so we didn't choose outfits for eachother like we usually would if we weren't sleeping at our boyfriends house. It would be abit weird to go through your boyfriends wardrobe the night before deciding what you wanna wear because even though I love mattias hoodies. It's not my wardrobe.
I decided that it was too cold to actually make an effort so I chose to wear this:

it's boring I know but I honestly couldn't be bothered today. +it was too cold and the frost was taking away my ability to care about my outfit. I text Mattia to see if he needed a lift to school hoping he'd say yes. Which he did so lucky me.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We got out of the car a few minutes after I'd parked in the school parking lot. It was too cold so we were trying to warm ourselves up. Mattia instantly coming round to my side and placing his hand in mine as we walk towards the entrance of the school.
"oh my god it's emery west! can I get your autograph?!" Ida says sarcastically but with excitement in her tone at the same time. We all chuckled at her version of greeting me and soon after I was engulfed in a hug by here and then by Lily.
When I thought my day would be ok. I feel Mattia turn around , still holding my hand but it wasn't exactly the easiest thing to hold.
"Hey Mattia can I talk to you for a second." I hear a way too familiar voice that I honestly never wanted to hear ever again. It was Jenna. Mattia looked at me as if to check it was ok . I simply nodded , he doesn't need my permission?
I saw them go off somewhere but I could still see them. They were having a weird conversation by the looks of it. It was very clearly about me because Jenna kept leaning over to look at me. She had her arms folded with a smirk on her face. Her face suddenly turned into a one of those shocked expressions. What were they talking about?

"c'mon Mattia , why are you still with her? I could give you so much more." Jenna said , a smirk evident on her face. "Look Jenna , I don't like you like that anymore. I love emery, not you. Me and you were over months ago." I said to her, growing tired of this aggravating conversation.
she scoffed "oh c'mon Mattia , I bet she's too frigid to even do anything with you." She said , her evident smirk clearly growing more evident.
I stayed silent and looked down at my very interesting shoes. They weren't that interesting but in that moment they were.
her face turned into a expression of shock. Like she wasn't expecting that. She knew what I'd meant by staying silent.
the conversation ended a few minutes later after Jenna suddenly wanted 'all the info' so I just walked away.

"So , Holly are you enjoying your first day here?" I hadn't really spoken to holly that much since she moved here. We went to go and hang round with her and started getting to know her but that quickly ended when she became busy.

she also befriended Jenna somehow and was hanging round with them quite a lot. We were in the waiting line to get our food when I asked her the question.
she turned around and said "yeah , it's great. I've settled in nicely." She said with a smile on her face. Not like a toothy smile but more like a friendly smile.
how can someone so nice be friends with someone as mean as Jenna? Beats me.
as we payed for our food I walked to see where my group was , I stayed with holly so then she could sit with us. That's what Ida asked us to do when she first brought it up plus , I think she would've wanted to spend more time with robert.
That's when me and Jenna came face to face.
