"I need one bottle of that beer..." You whispered to Robbie, leaning closer to him in your desk. The boy turned around in his desk, looking at the teacher before facing you,
"Luther has a lot of them, go talk to him at lunch." He whispered back and you nodded, content.
After class, you made your way to the cafeteria, happy to see Luther sitting by himself and reading a book,
"Hey..." You greeted, and he nodded,
"What is it?" He asked,
"I need one of those beers that you brought recently..." You said, placing down 5 dollars. He looked at them, before facing you.
"Gotta make it 15..." He said, and your eyes widened in shock.
"15?!?" You almost screamed. He glared at you,
"Keep it down!" He snapped. A boy walked up to Luther, his hair messy and eyes dark, like he hadn't slept in days or... he was taking drugs.
"I want that beer." He simply stated, pulling out 5 dollars and Luther grabbed it and stashed it into his pocket,
"Meet me at 7:00." He said and the boy nodded, walking off. You looked at Luther, offended by this.
"Why does he get to pay 5 dollars but I have to pay 15 dollars?" You asked, frustration surging through your voice. You never asked for anything except for that beer, and that was once. This was your second time, and you knew Luther doesn't raise his prices for new customers or for old customers. He looked up at you, giving a goofy grin.
"I'll lower the price when you confess.." He whispered.
"Confess what?" You asked. Luther looked around, as if he was afraid someone would hear him, and then he pulled you down so you were level with him, and he whispered,
"That you like me." He looked at you, as you backed away a bit.
"I-I don't." You responded, your face turning a bright shade of red. How in the world did he find out about this?
"Lying increases the price by 10." He said, leaning back into his chair. He was still grinning, and that drove you mad.
"Luther Scott, you give me the beer or else... or else I'll-" You began,
"Or what? Tell on me? Not a chance, you're my customer, I'll tell on you for buying, so cheap move, laddie." He interrupted.
"Fine what do you want?" You asked, getting more and more desperate.
"Admit you like me and I'll give you that beer." He responded.
"Even if I did like you, you'll tell everyone." You grumbled,
"Mark my words, I would never tell anyone, I know how much this school means to you, and how your parents torture you cause you're gay." He whispered and your heart skipped a beat.
"Never knew you cared," was all you could say at the moment, "But yes, I do like you, Luther Scott. A terrible decision on my behalf, anyway."
Luther pretended to look shocked, before smirking,
"Alright, your price for that beer is 35 dollars now." He said, and you rolled your eyes,
"To lower that price, you have to come meet me at my dorm, and we'll see from there." He said, grinning madly, as his blue eyes went a darker shade. He got up, licking his lips before taking off to his dorm. You stood in place, flustered up for words.
Robbie walked up to you,
"Hey (Y/N)! Did you get that beer?" He asked,
"I got something even better." You replied, smiling a little bit.
